TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF MULTIMEDIA STUDIO TO UNIVERSITY OF VISVESVARAYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, BENGALURU

In case of OEM The tenderer should be original manufacturer who must have manufactured or supplied, install, tested and commissioned the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years i.e., (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25) to reputed National/ State Educational Institutes/ Universities and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) or any state or central government departments/PSUs/Boards. OEMs must submit the Work done certificates issued by the Competent Authority.

In case of OEM the average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Rs.1.20 Crores each year during the past 3 years. (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25). Financial turn over certificates (UDIN shall be mentioned compulsorily) issued by the CA along with Profit and Loss/ Revenue and Expenditure statements and ITR Copies of last three years shall be submitted.

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative/dealers of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided the OEM furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty. In case of supplier, the authorization certificate issued by OEM shall be submitted.the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily completed the similar kind work of Estimated tender value or quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one year of the past three years ie., (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25) to reputed national/ state educational Institutes/ Universities and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) or any state or central government departments/PSUs/Boards. Experience/Work done certificate shall be submitted.The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer as supplier should at least be Rs. 2.20 Crores during the past 2 years. (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25). Financial turn over certificates (UDIN shall be mentioned compulsorily) issued by the CA along with Profit and Loss/ Revenue and Expenditure statements and ITR Copies of last three years shall be submitted.The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

The Bidder should be a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/2013 or Partnership firms registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 or Partnership firms registered under Limited Liability Partnerships (registered under LLP Act, 2008). Also, the company should be registered with valid GST no. & having PAN card.Valid Registration Certificates, PAN and GST Copies and other supporting documents as necessary.

Latest ISO Certificates: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2018Bidder shall submit the Copies of valid Certificates.

The Bidder should be an OEM or their authorized hardware supplier. In case of authorized representative, a letter of authorization from original manufacturer must be furnished. Bidder as authorized hardware supplier shall submit letter of authorization issued by the Manufacturer shall be submitted.

The Bidder should have an office in Bengaluru.The bidder shall submit the details of Owned/Rental/Lease Agreement in the name of the company.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Central/State Government Organization or Department in India at the time of submission of the bid.The bidder shall submit the declaration by the Bidder as per format given in the bid document.

The Bidder shall submit the declaration as per the eligibility as pe Finance Department, Government of Karnataka Order No: FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru, Dated 25-08-2020. The bidders shall submit the self-declaration certificate which shall be notarized as per the mentioned FD order.

The Bidder shall submit the local service center details of hardware being supplied under this tender.The details of the service center located in the Bengaluru Karnataka shall be submitted.

The bidder should submit declaration that they will supply the products only which are manufactured by the manufacturers and should not supply assembled products. In case Purchaser found that bidders supplied assembled products their bids will be rejected outrightly and EMD will be forfeited. The self-declaration Copy with notarized shall be submitted.
