M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface (work to be executed is in Patches in different numbers of buildings) with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs :-

(a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.
