Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L Cement concrete work in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or les and finishing cement concrete pavement surface by brooming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints 100 mm thick filled with performed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade “A” all as specified.

Forming for contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade “A” all as specified.

Removing excavated/demolished material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

M&L RCC Type B1 1:2:4, 20mm graded aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT Bars.

M&L Mild steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT Bars.

Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing 75 x 75 mm mesh size of 4 mm thick , any size or type

Material & labour for razor tape concertina coil 610mm dia, 9 SWG hot galvanised springs,125 to 127 clips per coil, 50 circle of wire in each coil ( coil coverage of 6 to 8 RM and weight (not less than) 8.5 Kg per coil), Zinc coating 250 to 300 gms/Sqm, GI wire, GI clips, GI pins and fixed on top of compound wall with angle iron bracket complete all as specified

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, laid in 1:6 cement mortar in retaining walls, abutments and similar work setting in mortar (Qty to be reused from item No. 30 above), complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm aggregate) as in coping, edging etc

M/L for preparation of old surface of wall plastered including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in floor of drain bed etc finished even and smooth using extra cement

S & F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding,glazing and like fixed with angle cleats,screws,bolts etc including embeding in concrete and necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S&F for 15 cm wide Everest decorative Artewood Fibre Cement plank of dark wooden shade as in wall cladding of thickness 8-12 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, chain etc incl welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary SS nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and SS fasteners, SS bolts, etc of required size on the top of floor or the side of waste slab with suitable arrangement all as designed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick toughened glass as in SS railing windows, partitions automatic doors and similar works including cutting to shape drilling holes required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
