Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in in Ordinary rock 40% & Soft Soil 60%.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope. excluding cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto floor V level incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete with TMT bars.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

Providing and laying 75mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate 40mm thick nominal size including spreading, well rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete Flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 Graded Stone aggregate) finishing with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. compete. 50 mm thick 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate Crushed incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

Providing and laying vitrified double charged floor tiles in size 600mmx600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mmthick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)including grouting the joints with white cement andmatching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing & staircase railing and similar work including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.G. I. pipes 40mm nominal bore (class B).

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts above 300mm in length including nuts and washers complete.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, boltsand nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I limpet washers or with G. Providing and fixing plain, square edged wooden beading 65x12mm section with screws of approved quality for ceiling. (Ist class kail wood).

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding 250x32 mm (nominal size). (2nd class kail wood).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,all complete as per direction of engineer- in charge). 35mm Thick Second class kail wood.

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) : 12 mm thick.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directoin with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws : (Second class kail wood).

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts lSI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16 mm Sliding Door bolts.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth. Crushed incl. All carriages with lead & lift complete.

Providing & fixing electric points complete in all respect as per necessary as site.
