M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending,spirally for hoping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealead) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork (rough finished surfaces) to sides of columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and stanchions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of wall of brick masonary or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of newly plastered external surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming construction joints 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade - B, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated asbestos cement sheets in roof covering including ridges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood (Sal) as in scantling, timber framed and fixed, clean sawn, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or pink primer on wood or wood based surfaces, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, incl preparation of the new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 300 mm long mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel tubular curtain rods, 25 mm dia, with fixing brackets and one pair of decorative end caps etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring, using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core conforming to IS 694 including medium grade concealed PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537 (part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal box of not less than 2 mm thickness of required size including painting terminal boxes inside and outside with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with top cover 3 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet with brass screws and cup washer with all assessories including FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core in green colour as earth wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed . (a) One light point controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch.

S&F switch piano flush button single pole one way 5/6 Amp, 240 Volts conforming to IS 3854 ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose, surface Bakelite, isolated body, three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures (MCB Distribution board) when MCB’s to be used single pole and neutral 4 ways 220 volt with 200 amps rated bus bar, double door with bus bar neutral link earth bar, Din rail, necessary blanking plated, including fixing DB flush in wall complete with making good disturbed surfaces and colour matching all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

S&F MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt, 10 KA, 63 Amp, 'C' series conforming to IS 8828 of 1996, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole 240 volt, 10 KA, 5 to 32 Amp, 'C' series conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED tube lights fitting 1x 22 W, 220V, including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable lifght fitting, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 2.5 sqmm as neutral cable, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm as earth cable,complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty, with 6 Sqmm, 2 core aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry clean Sand filling in trenches around underground cables for earth cushion, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Depth of sand shall be measured after punning.

Supply and laying Bricks sub class 'B' (old size) as protection to underground cable, laid dry and flat adjoining each other, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm dia GI tubing, light grade, with all fittings and laid in trenches/under roads, drains etc, or fixed to poles/walls with FI clamps, nut, bolts etc and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified.
