Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance, attending breakdown as and when required and testing of DG set complete (i.e. Engine, Alternator, AMF Panel etc) for efficient functioning including provision of all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc for repair/ maintenance complete all as specified for following capacity of DG sets :- (a) Cleaning, dusting of DG set including motor starter and control panel etc. (b Check, clearance of suction and exhaust valves. Note: (i) Rates for cutting of faulty cable/ joint and earth work are deemed to be included in the quoted rate against this item. (ii) If old burnt/ damaged LT cable/joint retrived will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel tubular/MS poles of any size and type complete with insulators and cross arms including breaking of PCC foundation of pole after necessary earth work and returning filling of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) including complete all as specified and directed. Supply an fixing in repairs LT lightning arresters for outdoor use, non-liner resistor type, horn gap and choking coil, maximum working pressure 1100 volts including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tree trimming cut away dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs to maintain clearance along with over head power lines using climbing equipment and collecting the debris for disposal and removing broken limbs from electric wires by using hooked extension poles complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Span is taken as distance between two adjacent poles.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 6 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 10 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB, TPN, 200 Amps, 25KA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping feature, 415Volts AC, 50Hz complete with suitable spreader all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning the pre-stressed cement street light/ over head line poles 9/ 11 meters height preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered old surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer including writing of pole numbers and two coat colour washing of PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/ maintenance of LT panel door by replacement of hinges and locking arrangement including necessary welding/ nuts, bolts, washers as per existing size/ type complete all as specified and directed. Note: One side door will be measured & paid as one job.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, outdoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power True/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of upto 400 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of AGE E/M complete all as specified. Note:- To apply one layer of grease over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate against this item.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity upto 400 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all specified and directed. Note:- (a) Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (b) Charge of welding work (if require) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for upto 400 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement all as specified and directed Note:- (a) Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with & including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of gang operated air break switch triple pole, mechanically manual operated, mounted on 9 Nos insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps, 11000volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED indicator as per colour scheme (Red/Yellow/Blue/Green) suitable for LT panel complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of voltmeter digital type 0-500 volts AC, flush mounting type, 3 phase, class 1 complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of ammeter digital type, flush mounting type, 3 phase, class 1 complete with suitable CTs of range as required on site complete all as specified.

Disconnecting HV/ LV connection, earthing lead and taking out carefully defective transformer of capacity 400 KVA, 11KV/ 440Volts from Nepalipatti Sub Station including shifting the same from Nepalipatti Sub Stn to Dibrugarh/ Makum civil workshop as approved by GE by using mechanically approved crane and trailer and back to original location after necessary repairs and installing the transformer at its original position including reconnection of HV/ LV electrical cables, earthing connection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of transformer of capacity 400 KVA at workshop 11KV/ 440Volts by disconnecting all internal electric connection from HV/ LV bushings after draining out of transformer oil and storing the oil in clean barrel of capacity 200 litres for reuse and opening the top cover of the transformer by removing nuts, bolts, washers etc and lifting the core/ winding by using suitable indoor crane after removing LV/ HV spindle and bushing by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc and cleaning entire housing of transformer and dismantling complete LV/ HV winding from the limb and removing the entire tape insulation from the existing copper winding wire complete including reassembling of transformer and carrying out the testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Empty barrels as required shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Material and labour for re-winding coil of primary HV coil with insulation of transformer of capacity 400 KVA, 11KV/ 440Volts by using existing copper wire suitable for HV copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-insulation of rewinding of LV copper wire of transformer of capacity 400 KVA, 11KV/ 440Volts by using proper/ existing size/ gauge to entire copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.
