CHILLED WATER PIPING WITH THERMAL INSULATION

SITC and insulating of following nominal sizes chilled water piping complete with fittings, supports, bends, elbows, flanges, insulation ets. With necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings duly insulated with 50 mm thick inside building/50 mm thick outside building TF quality expanded polystyrene foam in pipe section 16 kg/cum density covered with a layer of vapour barrier and covered with 12 mm thick sand cement plaster on GI chicken wire mesh. The pipes shall be of MSERW, "C" class as per IS 1239 and IS 3589 standards (for pipe sizes above 150 mm NB). (TATA)

WATER LINE VALVES, STRAINERS & ACCESSORIES Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following chilled water and condenser water line valves with flanges, bolts/nuts/gaskets etc. all complete with insulation interconnected to chillers. pumps, AHUs. BUTTERFLY VALVE S&F of the following Water line Butterfly-Valve as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Butterfly valve shall be of PN 16 rating as per standard. Valves of sizes 32 mm and above shall be made out of Cast Iron body, SG iron disc with Nylon coated, SS-431 Stem, EPDM integrally moulded liner with hand lever/Gear Box. Valves up to 150 mm NB shall be with detachable hand lever operation whereas valves above 150 mm NB shall have warm gear operation.
