Supply and fixing of pop valve of approved make and size as per requirement (TSV of SS material 1/2” with flaring of 1” complete set or TSV of SS material ¾” with flaring of 1” complete set with all fittings as per requirement at site)

Supply and fixing of SRV with flange end of approved make and size, inlet 25 mm and outlet 25 mm or as per requirement at site

Fire safe flange end Ball valve supply with fixing including HT stud bolt and spiral gasket of approved make, flange type, size- 25 mm, class 300 or as per requirement at site

Fire safe Ball valve supply and fixing of approved make, thread type, size- 15 mm/ 25 mm or as per requirement

Seamless nipple 15 mm or as per requirement for above ball valves and pop valves fixing job as per requirement

Seamless pipe of size 25 mm or as per requirement for pop valve/ SRV flair line fixing job as pe requirement

LPG pipeline degassing for pop valve fixing job. The job including LPG flaring water filling etc. complete degassing/ isolation of Pipeline/Hydrotesting/Radiography of Weld Joints/DPT as per requirement.

Earthing connection with provision of brass net at the top of flair line. The job includes the provision of flange, elbow with earthing cable, copper lug etc. all complete in all respect

Supply, fabrication, laying and testing of MS, BLACK, ERW, Welded pipes, heavy class conforming to IS 1239, Diameter 100mm, PART-I as per IOCL Specifications including pipeline fittings like bends, tee etc as required and as directed for Above Ground pipeline including surface preparation according to standard SSPC ST2 and painting with 2 coats of red oxide zinc phosphate primer and 2 coats of Synthetic enamel/aluminium finish paint as per IOCL specifications (S/L Threaded A/G HD MS Pipes of 100 mm Dia with fittings, Painting) including construction and grouting of MS Pedestals. Civil work require for Pedestals shall be in the scope of contractor No extra Payment shall be done. For Steel payment shall be done as SOR

Providing support and gratings, structural steel work in built up sections/ framed work in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. as required.
