Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastere surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over 3mm thick wall care putty on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in CM 1:6 without using extra cement and finished the furface even and smooth smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces of walls including prepartion of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty on plastered surface of wall including preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix aluminum alloy wire mesh 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and avge width of aperture 1.4mm cut to size and fixed to doors/window shutters and fixed with aluminium wire stapels complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix sheet glass ordinary quality, 4mm thick and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS 1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i e at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling C P brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drwings and as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No 17 & 18:- (a) Sheet glass & wire mesh shall be measured & paid separately. (b) Weight of aluminium shall be measured exclusive of all fittings feature hinges, handle bolts and locking arrangement. (c) Weight of the rubber gasket/ beading will not be measured with weight of aluminium section.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1856 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening all complete as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat/ frame with shutters n exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No. 20 above but exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 2nd class hard wood for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 35mm thick (Factory made) 2nd class hardwood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on obth faces. Taking down carefully sub main wiring including copper/aluminium/GI earth continuity conductor and making good disturbed surfaces any sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB DBs with MCBs of any size and capacty alongwith teakwood boards, energy meter incl all fittings/ fixtures carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Energy meter is the property of the department and will be kept in safe custody for re-fixing or deposit in MES store.

Fixing only, electric meters retrieved from item No 42 above including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.
