Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.a) All kinds of soil.

Repairing of leakage in existing HDPE STP water pipeline 160mm dia, including all fittings and extra pipe as required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of leakage in existing HDPE STP water pipeline 110mm dia, including all fittings and extra pipe as required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of HDPE water supply pipes for external work with a requared/suitable HDPE fittings comprising the followings. Providing HDPE pipes (of PE 100 grade as per lS 4984-2016) of approved brand and manufacturer ancluding with all required fittings and consumables including carriages upto all lead and lifts. The pipes shall have a working pressure of PN 6. Providing factory fabricated and moulded fittings (including flanged tail pieces, stip on flanges, ftanges with welding neck etc.) suitable for butt jointing and flange jointing as the case may be. The fitting shatt be rated PN16 upto 63 mm OD and PN10 for 75 mm OD and above. Earth work in excavation with mechanical trencher as per required, suitable sizes upto all depths including protection of side edges etc. complete Laying pipes in position in excavated trenches drawings/Layout plan etc complete. as per specifications and as per approved Jointing HDPE pipe by heat fusion technique as per specifications and approved drawings/layout including re-jointing, if any including providing thrust blocks as per specifications. Providing and I aying LDPE/PVC warning tape ( in florescent colour) of size 25 mm wide and 50 micron thick. The warning tape shall be laid 150 mm above the pipe crown. Back earth filling in layers as per specifications with available earth and disposal of surplus earth etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 160 mm OD (PN6)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) :a) 100 mm diameter Class I

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.a) Water bound macadam

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
