Plastering in C.M 1:3, 12mm thick with water proof admixture of approved make and quality as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 110mm dia. PVC pipe (4Kg/cm2) of approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for Downfall Pipes including cost of all materials, all specials such as Tees, Elbow, Shoes, Clamps, Bends and screws, gratings etc., making holes in masonry / concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fabricating and fixing of M.S structural works using M.S angle for vertical and other supports etc. as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, welding, bolts and nuts if required, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing of weld mesh of size 7.50cm x 2.5cm, 10 gauge as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting the structural steel work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of colour coated galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick of approved quality with necessary screws including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Anodized Colour coated Aluminium framed partition of approved quality as detailed below and as directed by the Engineer at site including, cost of aluminium section, beading, rubber beading, cleat angle and all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. i) Vertical and Horizontal posts: Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 63x38mm of thickness 2.45mm, country wood filled al-round, verticals @ spacing of 900mm c/c (max) and horizontals at 0m, 0.90m & 2.10m (Max). ii) MDF Board or its equivalent grade board of 12mm thick both sides laminated for a height of 900mm from floor level. iii) 5mm thick frost glass for the height from 900mm to 2100mm. iv) Colour coated anodized Aluminium beading of weight not less than 0.12kg/m on both sides of the shutter.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Glass door, single leaf swing type with approved door closure and 5mm thick frost glass with standard accessories but not limited to Handles, locking arrangement, rubber beading, Aluminium cleat etc., complete as detailed below including cost of all materials, labour Charges, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete. i) Shutter Verticals : Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 47.5x 44.5mm of 2.45mm thick - 2Nos. ii) Shutter horizontals: Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 100x45mm of 2.45mm thick - 3Nos.iii) Shutter: Bottom shutters MDF board, 12mm thick top shutter with 5mm thick frost glass.
