Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.(Compaction Only)

Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scraified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres..

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(Including Labour Cess And Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Including Labour Cess And Excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.(Including Labour Cess And Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS 2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

DBM Grade-1 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Including Labour Cess And Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects(Including Labour Cess And Excluding G.S.T.)

Dismanteling Brick Work Or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge With in a distance of 60 meters (200)ft

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete M-30 in super/Sub structure as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Mild Steel or Iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete/ brickwork (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required sape as necessary i/c bendind for proper completion of the work and i/c supply of steel its wastage and hooks & authorized over lapping shall be measured

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications(Including Labour Cess And Excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1209

Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm. as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2600

Flexible Apron :Construction of flexible apron 1 m thick comprising of loose stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg beyond curtain wall.complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2503.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and Technical Specifications.M-20 Grade

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.

Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe of 1000 mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets

Road Furniture Reflective Sign Board,Reflective Caution Boards,Painting of Km. Stone,Hect.Stone,Culvert Parapet etc.

Maintenance of Constructed Road for next Five Year after the actual date of completion,Total maintenace Cost 2.50% of BOQ shall be paid in the form of installment as below,The payment shall be the inclusive of cess but Excluding GST,Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge regarding maintenance work carried out by Contractor. (i) From Completion of 1 Year to 2nd Year 0.25% of Bill Amount.

(ii) 2nd Year to 3rd Year 0.50% of Bill Amount.

(iii) 3rd Year to 4th Year 0.75% of Bill Amount.

(iv) 4th Year to 5th Year 1.00% of Bill Amount.
