Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide n.exc 1.5m depth for fdn etc for shaft, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc. n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft loose soil.

All as per item No. 1 above but exc 1.5m and n. exc 3.0 m in depth

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point.

Demolition of PCC of any description not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW, AC, RCC or PVC) of 150mm bore incl demolition of PCC as in benching and hauching etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW, AC, RCC or PVC) of 200mm bore incl demolition of PCC as in benching and hauching etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work masonery built in cement mortar complete all as specifird and directed

M&L of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation, filling of mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L of brick work in CM 1:4 using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius as in man holes, etc complete all as spd and dir.

Ditto but except brick, using old brick incl cleaning of brick, stacking, etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate )as in surface chanels/manholes including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth using extra cement incl forms, moulds, etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed of drain pipe inch packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia of pipe all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cement morter 1:4 finsihed even and smooth faces of brick walls finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's direction. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid under resepective item separately

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of under ground sewer lines of any type size exc 100mm dia n. exc. 200 mm dia and removing sludge outside the MOD land of any type of blockage of any kind of all lines by means mechanical roding with vibrations/drilling concept i.e. truck mounted mechanised sewer jetting cum suction machine, including desludging descaling & clear the chocking where ever flushing the entire stretch with combind high pressure water jetting cum suction(vacum) type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facility of hydraulic application through complete all as specified and directed . In typical locations where cleaning by above mechanical means is not possible due to site condition, the cleaning should be done as per the direction of Engg-in-charge

All as per item No. 26 above but dia of sewer lines exc 50mm but n'exc 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of man holes of any size, depth upto 1.5 m deep from top to bottom incl dewatering and desludging etc complete all as spd and dir.

All as per item No. 28 above but depth exc. 1.5 m and n. exc. 3.0 m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of WC incl cleaning of 'P' or 'S' trap complete all as spd and dir.

Cleaning of blockage of floor trap, nahani trap/gully trap etc and removing of waste cleaning of grating and refixing in same position complete all as spd and dir.

Cleaning the sewage sump wells, septic tanks of any dia/ depth and in any location etc. by taking out complete sludge, water and solids of any type by mechanically HCV mounted suction discharge machine having blow back facility with sludge tank of capacity not less than 6000 lt(fully covered ) removing and disposing the entire retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land taking prcautionary measure incl. required tools and plant complete, working in foul condition and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete all is specified and directed.

Cutting holes into extg manholes for connecting new drains/pipe in any dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out extg enching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finishied, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs 10 litres capacity white/ coloured PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous squating pan of orissa pattern long pan of size 580 mm white with cast iron p or s trap with back inlet including flush pipe of suitable length to connection with existing cistern & make good complete all as specified and directed

S&F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan “Pedestal Pattern” white with wc seat cover coloured closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device including pvc flush pipe and joints etc and connection to drain, flushing, pipe, anti- syphonage pipe, and fixing arrangements with fixing bolts etc ,complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat. (iii) 40mm bore GI pipe for spout pipe length 0.75m

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (Using 40mm graded brick aggregate) as filling in sunken floor in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC nahani trap/floor trap/gully trap with grating for 100mm dia outlet pipe, including making good disturbed area/ surfaces with cement concrete/cement mortar 1:3 etc including taking down old unserviceable nahani/floor trap/ gully trap.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and fair all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floors exc 15 cm in thickness (above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L for providing cement concrete, 100 mm thick, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base or sub floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation thickness 35mm

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks lacquor finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement & pigment in floors laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth are wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as directed

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for receiving tiles in dado/skirting all as specified

M&L for screed bed on bedding layer of cement mortar(1:6) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes all as specifiled and directed.

S&F non skid cermaic colour floor tiles 400mm x 400mm x 7mm to 8mm thick etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the existing floor make as a specified.

S&F glazed a colour tiles 300mm x 200mm x 6mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dado, set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with existing surface make as a specified.
