RequiredThe contractor should upload the PWD Registration Certificate

RequiredThe contractor should upload Annual Turnover Certificate for Last Five Years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. Balance sheet should be certified by the chartered accountant Achieved in at least two financial years minimum financial turn over of Rs 4.00 lakhs

RequiredSatisfactory completed at least 50percent of the contract value as prime contractor at least one Similar work .The work done certificate should be uploaded along with indent number and duly signed by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent failing which such tender will be disqualified

RequiredLiquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 99242.00 Credit lines letter of credit certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. usually 30 percent of the amount of contract for works costing up to Rs 100.00 lakhs. However the existing clause remains the same for works costing more than Rs 100.00 lakhs

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
