Dismantling of existing damaged pump sets, delivery line, valve, NRVs and allied accessories from the site with the help of manual labour and electric welding set, gas cutter, electric cutter using proper logistics arrangements and all safety precautions etc.

Supply of portable dewatering submersible pump set for dewatering muddy water, containing sand etc. of capacity 3 HP having discharge of 300-400 LPM, at 15 mtrs. Head, speed 2900 RPM, discharge size 50 mm. Make:-KBL /M&P/Mody/Skope/DJB approved make.

Supply 3-5 HP D.O.L. starter Three Phase with Amp and Volt meter indicators. OLR 13.2 - 20 Amp etc as per site requirement. Make:- L&T/Siemens/Havells.

Supply of C.I. sluice valve size 50mm dia ISS 14846 PN 1.0 make:-KIRLOSKAR/IVC/Any DJB approved make.

Supply of C.I. swing check NRV IS 5312 part-1, PN 1.0 50 mm Dia. make:- KIRLOSKAR/IVC/Any DJB approved make.

Providing/Laying of 50 mm dia. G.I pipe (medium class) Threaded complete with fittings, bends, clamps, Threaded Socket etc.as required. ISI mark Make: - Jindal/ Tata/Any DJB approved make.

Supply of aluminum conductor PVC cable - 1.1 KV armored of size 3 core x 16 mm2.Make : Havells/finolex/ Gloster / polycab /Any DJB approved make.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (For laying 3 core 16 mm2 cable) (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)(D.S.R 2022 E&M Code No -7.7.1)

Dismantling of existing damage GI strip earthing from equipment such as motor's earthing, Transformer's earthing, HT and Lt's panel earthing etc. and as per site required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. DSR E&M 2022 item no. 5.2.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. DSR E&M 2022 item no. 5.11.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. DSR E&M 2022 item no. 5.15.

Testing and commissioning of installed earthing strips by earth tester and using Four Terminal Earth Tester Instrument, spikes are equidistant and in straight line to maintain electrical continuity. Take measurement in different directions.

Providing/fixing of water storage tank of capacity 500 ltr with pipe 20 mm dia pvc pipe 3 mtr - 20 nos. with all fittings nipple, tank nipple, elbow, Tee, socket, Reducer socket ¾" to ½", Union and gun metal gate valves with the help of manual labour, tool & tackles at pump house Make -water storage tank: -Sheetal/ Supreme /Any DJ B approved. pipe fittings: - ISI mark.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 Coarse: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in dewatering pump chamber and also making arrangement for fixing of dewatering pump set as per requirement.

Supply of Nut- Bolt with washer of good quality size as per requirement. ISI Mark.

Supply of rubber packing sheet with 50 % Neoprene (1.5 mm to 25 mm) ISI Mark. SOR (E&M) item code 22.6.1

Installation of above said dewatering pump with fittings of pipes, valves, necessary reinforcement and nut bolt, rubber gasket, loading, unloading, cartage, dismantling of existing system, lifting the same and taking out at floor level, making good all damages caused during installation and restoring the same to their original finish as required, adequate safety provision, barricading, warning signal and other safety measures while executing the work or wherever necessary so as to avoid accident. The components of the installation shall be of such design to satisfactory function under all condition.

Testing and commissioning complete system on full load/No load.
