Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPP Portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPP Portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees and the Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.ill not be accepted.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the form of FDR in the name of the Executive Engineer, Public works Department, Tumkur Division, Tumkur given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with the Conditions of Contract at the time of Aggrement.

1.All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent. 2. All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties.

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act.

Further particulars, if any, required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, Public works Department, Tumkur Division, Tumkur during office hours on all working days.

The employer reserves the rights to Cancel or Withdraw any or all the tenders without Giving any reasons & Any Time.

The contractors assessed available tender capacity shall be more than the tender value, it will be calculated as per the STD tender document Attached

The Bidder shall not furnish any fake/fabricated/false information or withhold facts etc., if the bidder is found to have violated any of these above (found either during evaluation or after awarding the tender), the tender shall be rejected and action as per rules and regulations shall be taken against the Bidder

In case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement commencement of the work, his legal heir if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and compete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

THE CONTRACTORS ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT ONLY RELEVENT INFORMATION WITH RECORDS AS REQUIRED AND SPECIFIED IN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.ANY JUNK ,SUPERFLUOS AND UNNECESARY DOCUMENTS IF UPLOADED WILL TREATED AS MISLEADING AND SUCH TENDERS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED

It is mandatory that the Turn over certificate should be duly signed by an registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number and Profit Loss statement

As per Government circular no: FD 355 EXP 12/2024 dt: 01.08.2024 Letter of intent(LOI) will be issued in Karnataka Public Procurement portal 2.0 software, contractor has to accept LOI online and submit the BGs through KPP portal, if not tender will be rejected as per guidelines

Contractor should adhere to HSE (Health Safety Environment) policy applicable for similar projects. Contractor to that extent should submit HSE document defining all the procedure including the policies before execution of the project.

Contractor should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing structures which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damage is caused, it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost.

Item including cost and conveyance of all materials lead and lift charges loading and unloading charges labor charges all incidental charges hire charges of all machinery and equipment required for successful completion of work etc. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specification and directions of Engineer in charge of the work

AS PER THE GOVT ORDER NO: FD417EXP-12/2024 DATED 09-08-2024 GST WILL BE PAID SEPARATELY

The defect liability period of this project is one year

As per instructions from Higher Authority Within 7 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the form of FDR in the name of the Executive Engineer, Public works Department, Tumkur Division, for an amount equivalent to 5 % of the contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders.

Contractors should be registered as KPWD Class IV & above Civil Contractor

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender documents KW-1

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
