REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF WINTER APPLIANCES, GEYSERS, SOLAR WATER HEATER AT OPS LOCATION UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Repair, maintenance and servicing of storage type electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 to 50 litres comprising of the following tasks at different locations including taking down, transportation to work shop, opening the geyser, replacement of defective spares and reinstalling the same including testing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Heating element with rubber washer ('O' ring) cap 1.5KW/2 KW, trangular/round any type of geyser and any make of geyser complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only indicator bulb neon round / square type single phase 230 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Safety plug 15mm ( brass ) for geyser cap 25/50 Ltr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Thermostat 30°C to 70°C, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L to repair the leakge of copper/steel inner tank of geysers of any capacity by gas welding/brazing for water tightness complete and test under pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

S&F gasket rubber ring for heater plate of any size geyser complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only non return valve (NRV) brass of 15mm bore, after dismantling old unserviceable NRV of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down loose geysers of any capacity from wall & shifting to new place within 1 to 1.5m distance (available in same location) , refixing the geysers complete with fastners and grouting of bolts & all necessary pipe connections and making good the disturbed wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- GI tubing if required shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F removing old u/s geyser deposit to MES store ,also taken geyser MES store and fitting geyser same location. Note : MES only given geyser complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
