Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismaintling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets including cover fillets complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tibba sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding / levelling concrete on top of roofs, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping, band, bed plate rounded or chamfered on edges using water proofing compound and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Cost of WPC is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block, roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells, chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamferred, weatherings, throating etc including necessary form work and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using water proofing compound including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood (Bonsum/Hollock), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood (Hollock or Bonsum) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08095 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid core PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails, mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, complete, all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08080 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

The snap grid shall consist of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x1.40mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm weighing 0.12Kg /RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts and washer. M&L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg. per sq. m per coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory casted 100mm thick precast concrete interlocking paving blocks M-50 having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and with pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 25mm thick layer of local tibba sand cushining over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion (local tibba sand), laid dry, joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over & including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for srl Item No 123 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13.
