Dismantling the existing RCC for the required width & depth as per the instructions of engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting one coat of Nitozinc primer (or) equivalent mixed with hardner in the ratio 3:1 after thorough cleaning the rust in the steel plate including cost of all materials lead lift tools etc., complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 75mm thickness using OP cement with 6 to 10mm chips including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP/PP cement with 12mm to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.

Supplying & providing RTS/MS rod including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using class II bricks including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Chipping the existing concrete and roughening the surface for future bonding and thorough cleaning the surface including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:3, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick for inner surfaces including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete.

White washing one coats with shell lime including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of Acrylic distemper of approved quality, brand & colour for old ceiling & inner wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (Exterior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old/wood surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thoroughcleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.
