M&L for Vitrified Ceramic coloured double charged light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Description complete all as per item No. 1.14 here in before but as in skirting over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L for Marble / udaipur green stone flooring as in window cill /Cooking plateform 18- 20mm thick machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in sub base floors, finished fair and even to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over & including a layer of 3 mm thick Birla wall putty and primer on wall complete all as specified.

Description complete all as per item no 1.19 here in before but two coat on old surface including complete removal of existing treatment Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces including a layer of 3 mm thick Birla wall putty on surface.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint including preparation of newly untreated surface on walls in camouflaging pattern over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Supply Install testing and commissioning of Solar water heating system (Evacuated tube collector) based on direct transferring of heat of capacity 100 LPD, including backup system with heating element of suitable capacity, thermostat switch, electric connection etc. with and including complete civil work and MS work for staging of solar panel and hot water tank all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing CPVC pipe SDR 11 plain including CPVC SDR 11 fittings on ,wall or ceiling complete outer dia 20mm complete all as specified

Supply, hoisting and fixing rotational moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks, cylindrical vertical with closed top in position all as specified of capacity 500 Itrs

Supply, fabricate and errection of staging for water storage tanks made out of mild steel channel or angle section of required size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts, washers drilled for bolts, welding, binding cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation of SWH with necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends, ISI marked, for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, 25 mm bore complete all as specified.
