Taking down carefully unserviceable Aluminium point wiring complete (light, fan socket, bell or power) with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and keeping in safe custedy for taking credit complete all as specified and directed

Taking down ceiling fan/Exhaust fan any sweep, removing blades ,cleaning the fan completely for dust and dirt, oiling & greasing and hanging the same back to its original positions including connecting with three core flexible copper wire to ceiling rose etc after the completion of the point wiring including replacement of old unserviceable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down existing energy meters, keeping aside safely & refixing the same in its original position after making functional & after completion of point wiring/sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Small items required for fixing the electric energy meter at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down existing electric water heater, keeping aside safely & refixing the same to its original position after servicing of the whole geyser/making functional and after completion of wiring work, complete all as specified and directed Note: If any part found unserviceable during the refixing of water heater at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
