Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for founddation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply & laying factory made un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180x40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable PVC/XLPE HT cable of size 95 to 120 Sqmm 3 core from trench or on pole etc as decided by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade,Earthed conforming to IS :7098(part II) cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white brown or green insulators for working pressure 11000 volt of 145 mm height 255mm dia ball and socket type Two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductors including bolts, nuts & washers .complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aiuminium conductor steel reinforced ( ACSR) of existing size as ordered with permisible sags and providing jumper etc fixing on electric poles and binding with aluminium binding wire of suitable size to insulators including stringing, tightning etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of lightning arrestor non linear resistance type confirming to IS-3070 Part 1 complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11 KV including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 80 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection along poles, laid plinth protections or road crossing or in trenches or in footpath with necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology for laying or passing of HT cables by mechanical means using ultra sounding technique including supply and laying 100 mm bore HDPE pipe including necessary fittings as required in roads/hard standing complete all as srecified and as directed. Note :- Any damages/loss to existing services such as OFC cable/Water pipe line/Electric cable etc so caused shall be repaired immediately by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Detecting of fault of HT UG cable of any size and core with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator device including detecting exact location of cable fault for rectification complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable fault locator machine shall be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and Taking out Transformer from its position from any location under GE(AF) Gorakhpur for repair/rewinding having capacity 100 to 630 KVA , 11/0.433 KV capacity disconnecting /opening HV, LV Electrical connections, earthing connections along with following works:- (a) Transporation of transformer to workshop and back to site by making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged bythe contractor ) as directed. (b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction ,removing of nuts bolts and washers etc in presence of Engineer -in -Charge. (c).Draining out of old transformer oil and storage. (d) Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT)for inspection of Engineer -in -Charge . (e) Reassembeling the transformer complete. (f) Reinstallation the Transformer at site in position as directed after repair connecting HV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and testing to entire satisfaction on load as directed . Note:-Renewal of unserviceable nuts, bolts & washers of transformer shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Rewinding of LT/HT coil, conforming to the orginal winding of the transformer of 160-250 KVA capacity with super enamelled DPC insulated copper wire/strip of appropriate guage and turns and cutting and moving of burnt winding cleaning of core and drying in oven after assembling including other materials so required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Payment shall be made on actual weight basis i.e. actual weight of finished coil before varnishing and baking

Calibration and testing of 33 KV, SF-6 VCB remote panels combined Inverse time over current and instantaneous relay checking and cleaning/ decorbonising its moving and fixed contacts and ensure physical healthyness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault , adjust tripping time , flag setting , ratio setting, instantaneous time setting etc as per installed capacity of transformer to be saved on max. short cuircuit current with considering of percentage impedance of transformers with artificial current injuction on primary side with current injuction machine checking of proper functioning of alarm and physical alarm and tripping verification of WTI and OTI, Oil low level alarm, bucholz alarm and trip , ensuring smooth functioning of VCB from local and remote switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing silica gel in crystal form of breather assembly of transformer capacity upto 3150 KVA at installed site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement ceramic Bush insulator on LT side as per existing size,shape and specification for capacity 100 to 630 KVA,11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only in replacement cork sheet gasket for ceramic bushing on LT side as per existing size,shape and specification for capacity 100 to 630 KVA ,11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scrapping and removing old paints, rust etc from 11 M steel tubular poles ( above the planting depth and PCC coping of pole ) and Mild steel cross arms,cable protection pipe,brackets etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint alternate yellow & black strips painting ( 5 Nos each strip 300 mm wide) and remaining portion of pole and cross arms,cable protection pipe,brackets etc treated with one coats of approved aluminium paint including writing pole No with white paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed

Labour only for Servicing/Repairing of Transformer 11 KV/433V of capacity 100 KVA to 630 KVA by disconnecting of LT and HT side cable carefully from Transformer and checking of 4 Nos LT bushing and 3 Nos of HT bushing including necessary tools and plant for removal of carbon deposits and attending leakage problem with oil seal and all gaskets and re assembling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- New Transformer oil and spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item as considered..

Shifting of transformer of any capacity from one area to another area and placing in position and making all connections including removing and depositing the old transformer to store yard carefully and properly testing and commissioning transformer complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying and erecting of steel tubular swaged type seamless pole confirming IS-2713 part ( I to III) 1980 specification complete with base plate, welded top cap over all vertical length11.00 m type 410-SP-55 , painted internally with two coats of bituminous paint through out and externally two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation and coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with necessary use and waste of form work above ground level , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m including provision of black and yellow strip or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge on poles up to 1.5 m high above coping level and numbering of poles including taking down existing unserviceable pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of mechanical mechanism / calibration of HT 11 KV RMU/VCB/SF6/LBS by high skilled mechanic specilist in electric HT breakers line for carrying out , cleaning dismentling mechanical system , decarbunising of all parts using CRC - 2-26 spray , inspection of all fixed and moving parts , tightning of all nuts & bolts , dressing of contact by using emery paper for fine/ smooth contact , tightning of all connections , checking of allignment for easily moving of breaker , checking of ON /OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment , contact travel contact allignments , rollar gap , hard or light setting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism complete all as directed and as per instruction manual of VCBs./SF6.

M&L for carrying out adjustment/ servicing of 33 KV out door type VCB , by adjustment/ servicing of spring operated control mechanism assembly with checking and adjustment of stops , opening springs and shock absorber , loading of the closing spring when circuit breaker close/ open , tripping of the circuit breaker , clearance of the dragging hook and trip coil / close coil , tightning of all connections , oiling/ greasing all moving parts with recomended lubricant for smooth functioning from local and remote panel complete all as specified and as directed .

Note:- Cetrifusing machine shall be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement as per requirement decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS No : 335-1993 low viscosity type having dielectric strenght of 60 KV in 2.5 mm gap for toping up complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing for area cleaning at Sub Stations including removing herbs,shurbs , grass, removing bricks bats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing in replacement of factory made pedestal mounting outdoor ,slopy roof type, HT Junction box of size as per designed by manufacturur asper IE rule, suitable for 3 phase 11 KV AC 50 Hz supply made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with 50mmx50mmx6 mm angle iron frame , supports and legs, dusts and vermin proof,suitable for outdoor applications minimum IP -54 Protection having canopy on top , door in front side & back side should be hinged type with locking arrangement) complete with powder coated epoxy paint (RAL -7+A1032 -SEIMENS RED) all over the steel surfaces (both internally & externally) and complete with copper bus bar of suitable shape and size and length as per IE rule and a gap between busbar for 3 phase rating of 400 Amps duly mounted on suitable HT insulators and suitable HT bracket for holding / fixing clamping the cables with clamps complete including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , 450mm high above ground level for fixing mild steel angle legs complete all as specified and as directed.
