Providing Vaccum Dewatering concrete Flooring (VDF) with Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half M sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M sand) , etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) (Side Shuttering)

Rainforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half M sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick work in CM 1:3 (one of cement and Three of MM sand) using chamber burnt second class ground moulded stock bricks of size 9”x4-3/8”x2-3/4” (23x11.2x7cm) for stair case steps including proper setting, scaffolding, curing etc., complete in all respects in all floors and as directed by the SIPCOT officers

Providing and fixing Frameless Glass Partitions with 12mm Clear Toughened glass for maximum height of 3400mm.Glass shall be supported at top and bottom with aluminium'U'Channel of size: 25x40mm and suitable PVC/rubber wedges.Channel to be fixed at bottom into groove cut in flooring with Fischer Hammer fix fastners.Channel at top to fixed into support frame using aluminium box section of size:100x45x2mm using clamps,anchor bolts and Fischer Hammer fix fastners.Weather sea lent to be applied between channel and glass and between glass joints to form complete glass partition.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (Interior Plastering)

Structural Steel work- Providing, fabricating and fixing in position MS inserts such as nosing, corner angles of columns, plates, flats, tee's, protection channels of reception dock, supports, brackets and monorails, hooks, frame around cut-out, MS pipe sleeves etc as per drawings and specifications, in true line and levelincluding embedding the same in to the permanent works at the time of catsing of RCC works or fixing with or without base plate fixed to RCC element with appropriate size expansion bolts as per design with necessary welding, grinding and painting with 2 or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete as directed. by the SIPCOT Officers

providing and fixing anchor bars of the requred diamters tor steel in foundation up to 1.5 m deep in rock and 1.5 m above rock for following diameter tor steel dowel bar in foundation including drilling suitable diameter bore hole in rock with necessary bending, hooking, tying reinforcement in position and grouting etc and excluding the cost of reinforcement complete as per drawing and specifications.

Design, fabrication, supply and erection of PEB structure by using the built up sections are made from hot rolled platers conforming to ASTM A - 572 GR 50 and other sections except beams are mill sections complying with IS :2062 and the section should be provided with 2 coats of Zinc Phosphate anti corrossion paint after M sand blasting and 2 coats of enamel paints as per the approved colour. Bracing rods and sag rods are made of steel bars conforming to IS 2062 with aminimum yiled strength of 240 MPA. All the fasteners should be confirmed as per the IS/ ASTM specifcations. The roofing and facsia board should be Zinc Aluminium alloy coated colour roof sheet of 0.47mm nominal thickness, cold roll formed from a cold rolled coil confirming to Astm a 792 m grade 80 with a minimum yeild strength of 550 mpa. The EVES Gutter should be provided with Zinc Aluminium alloy coated steel sheet of 0.8T with GI Gutter hangers. Downspouts should be provided with 100mm size of Zinc Aluminium coated sheets with GI with GI laedre straps. Galvansied purlin should be adopted as per the required size. The quoted price should include the supply and fixing charges of MS inserts in the concrete day light sheets in the roof.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I implet washers or with G. I limpet washers filled with white lead, including a cost of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required.

Supplying, Fabricating at CONTRACTOR's , transporting fabricated items to site, unloading, storing, erecting in position and testing/ examining , bolted and/ or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS of Grade SHS 150 X150 hollowbox (conforming to IS:4923-2017 at all locations and levels including all builtup sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and/or plates/ bent plates in all types of structural frameworks, floor beams, stairs, or any other structural items or accessories to support equipments, piping, conveyor galleries, towers, masts, etc., but excluding silos, bunkers, hoppers, etc., cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/ welding of joints, (including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding and plugging any open ends & holes of box sections), finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging & bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with Ordinary Grout or premix free flow Nonshrink Grout as specified, including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawings, preparing the surface for painting (SSPC-SP-10) and applying pre-erection/ shop primer (1 coat of F-9 @ 65-75 micron DFT) as per EIL Specification No. 6-79-0020 (or as per Job Specification, wherever applicable) after fabrication etc.. all complete. Supply of all materials in contractors scope.

2.1Supply and installation of GRG Core Ceiling (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgss / m3, weight 4kgs / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module ncludes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15.Finally skelet CT15 W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15 W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. GRG Core Ceiling of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not lessthan 0.5 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, Scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complying to standard specication.

Supplying and erecting of pull and push type manually operated Rolling Shutter of approved size and section using 18 guage G.I. Sheet confirming to ISI standard with Hood covers including one coat of approved primer transport charges etc. complete in all respects, complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers (The Model/Brand of the Rolling shutter has to be got approved by the SIPCOT Officer before fixing).

Providing & Fixing of Frameless partition with door glazing consisting of 12mm clear toughened glass (Saint Gobin or equivalent) and fixing with single leg spider , ceiling /bottom to glass connector , glass to glass connector , handle , door set ,floor spring , pivot etc. and all the necessary fittings upto all height including Scaffolding and labour all complete as directed by SIPCOT Officer

Supplying and fixing of solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq.tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS sq. tubes for top,lock and bottom rails the steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fitting. The overall styles shall be 50x30mm.The overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm.The overall size of frames shall be 50x45mm,with suitable rebate for housing the shutters. including labour charges for fixing the shutter frame, shutter and furniture fittings in position and finished smooth with template etc., all complete as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (Fittings provided shall bear ISI mark . The quality and brand of door shutter and furniture fittings should be got approved by the SIPCOT officer before use)

UPVC WindowSpecification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Providing Polymer coating (Water Proof coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shal be cleaned to remove all dust,foreign,matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry : Dry blend and polymer liquid shall be mixed into desired ratio as per recommandation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix.any lumps found in mix shall be removed.Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleanes surface.After drying,second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc,The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour,etc complete complying with standard specication and as directed by the SIPCOT officers

Supply erection testing and commissioning of Electric Motor Driven Fire Pumpset suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following: a. 1 No. horizontal split casing centrifugal type fire pump capable of delivering 4550 LPM against a total head of 110 metres, so as to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 kg. per sq.cm at the farthest top most hydrant / outlet with pump casing of cast iron to grade FG 200, IS 210-1978 and parts like impeller, shaft sleeve, bearing ring etc., of non-corrosive metal either like bronze, brass or gun metal and shaft of stainless steel. b. 1 No. squirrel cage induction motor of 175 HP, 415 Volt, 3 phase 50Hz rating, conforming to IS:325-1978 with class "F" insulation, totally enclosed, IP 55 for enclosure fan cooled type conforming to relevant protection clause of IS 4691, synchronous speed of 2900 RPM. c. Common bed plate fabricated with MS channel / cast iron type for assembling the pump and motor flexible coupling between the pump and the motor with coupling guard for protection - 1 No. d. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine Driven Main Fire Pump suitable for automatic operation and consisting of followings complete in all respects as required. a. 1 No. horizontal split casing centrifugal type fire pump capable of delivering 2850 LPM against a total head of 70 metres, so as to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 kg. per sq.cm at the farthest top most hydrant / outlet with pump casing of cast iron to grade FG 200, IS 210-1978 and parts like impeller, shaft sleeve, bearing ring, etc., of non-corrosive metal either like bronze, brass or gun metal and shaft of stainless steel. b. 68 BHP, 1500 RPM water cooled with radiator, diesel engine conforming to relevant BS & IS standard complete. c. Auto starting mechanism, 12 volts / 24 volts electric starting equipment like self motor, dynamo, solenoid switches etc. d. 110 litres capacity diesel tank mounted over stand fabricated using 25mm x 25mm x 6mm size MS angle providing with level indicator, inlet port, outlet port, drain port and diesel return line port and fuel pre filter, after filter etc.

Construction of Inspection chamber of following sizes with brick jelly concrete 1:8:16 ( one of cement eight of M sand and sixteen of broken brick jelly using 40mm gauge broken brickjelly 15cm thick for foundation and 23cm thick brick masonry in C.M. 1:5 ( One of cement and five of M sand) using fly ash bricks of size 230mm x110mm x70mm, plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( One of cement and three of M sand) 12mm thick on both sides top and bottom including earth work excavation RCC 1:2:4 ( One of cement two of M sand and four of 20mm gauge hard broken stone) Including SFRC Cover Heavy duty collor with slab of required size fixing in position curing finishing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officer. Supply and fixing 2HP summersible pump set asper isi specification with isi mark hydurallically testing and commisioning of submersible wet type suitable for sump with pressure gauge and necessary length of 2 nos of pp from pumpset to the top of the sump and other required accessories etc complete in all respect and as directed by the SIPCOT officers, the motor and the pumpset supplied should satisfied the following duty conditions etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.
