FIRE PUMPS AND ACCESSORIES

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical Motor Driven Main Pump of horizontal centrifugal end suction top discharged type with mechanical seal and capable to deliver 2850 LPM at 70 Mtrs. Head, with all necessary accessories like bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft along with coupling guard and base plate for pump, fabricated mild steel channel, foundation bolts, and pump should have the dry run sensor provision, etc., as per local fire brigade requirement . The pump shall capable to have 3.5 kg/cm² residual pressure at top most hydrant point. The pump shall be coupled to suitable electrical motor with speed of 2900 RPM, Electric supply 415V, 50 Hz and complete set shall be mounted on a common base frame with anti vibration pad. The quoted rate shall includes providing & fixing of coupling, coupling guard and Foundation and required bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine Driven common fire pump of horizontal centrifugal end suction top discharged type with mechanical seal and capable to deliver 2850 LPM at 70 Mtrs. Head, with all necessary accessories like bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft , fabricated mild steel channel with foundation bolts etc., It includes providing and fixing fuel oil tank of suitable capacity with supports and necessary pipe works for diesel engine, battery and battery charger to be connected to control panel of diesel engine and exhaust silencer including necessary pipe work and lagging, pump should have the dry run sensor provision, etc., and shall be automatic in operation with diesel engine control diesel engine control panel with 24V DC storage battery 150 Amp - hour rating (2 nos. of 12volts) & its battery charger ,cooling water line for engine with required pipes / valves / fittings etc., as per TAC including all associated electrical works. The pump shall capable to have 3.5 kg/cm² residual pressure at top most hydrant point. The pump shall coupled to Diesel engine, radiator water cooled type with speed of 1800RPM and complete set shall be mounted on common base frame with anti vibration pad. Batteries & battery leads with stand, Fuel tank for 2Hrs. operation with stand & gauge glass, Fuel piping with valves etc complete all as direccted. Note: The quoted rate shall includes radiator water cooling piping(if required) coupling guard and other standard accessories and foundation bolts, etc. complete.

Head, with all necessary accessories like bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft along with pump should have the dry run sensor provision etc. and shall be automatic in operation.The pump shall be coupled to suitable motor with speed of 2900RPM and complete set shall be mounted on common base frame with anti vibration pad etc complete all as directed. Note: The quoted rate shall includes providing & fixing of coupling, coupling guard and Foundation bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for installation, testing and commissioning of 150mm dia bore MS B class Exhaust Pipe with all accessories & 100mm fibreglass wool with GI hexagonal wire netting of 3/4" gauge 24 swg with 24 gauge cladding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of G.I. Pipes conforming to IS:1239 Pt - I Heavy grade Class-C and IS:3589 Gr 410 ERW Pipe(min 6mm thick) with suitable type of supports (Shall be fabricated by M.S. Channel / Angle / Flat for above 50mm dia), anchor fasteners, bolt, nuts, clamps, "U" bolts, Pipe fittings such as Reducers, Tees, elbows, flanges. including cutting, grooving, Welding, fixing in / on walls, ceiling by using suitable supports etc, with painting as PO Red as per shade 536 of IS:5 for Above ground piping in Pump Room complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :-

Supplying & installing, Testing and Commissioning of Non return sluice valve of size 100mm dia for fixing in fire brigade draw out connection from tank complete all as specified and directed

Supplying , installing, testing and commissioning of FRLS, PVC insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminium conductor, 1100 V grade power cables complete all as specified. The cables shall be laid in tray / Hume pipe / in trenches/on walls/ floor etc for following size :-

Supplying , installing, testing and commissioning of FRLS, PVC insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured, copper conductor, 1100 V grade power cables complete all as specified.The cables shall be laid in tray / Hume pipe / in trenches/on walls/ floor etc. for following size :-

(a) 12 core x 2.5 sqmm FRLS, Copper Armoured Cable for Diesel Pump

(b) 2 core x 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, Copper Armoured Cable for Instrumentation

Supplying , installing, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire , armoured heavy duty electric under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified. Note:The cables shall be laid in tray / Hume pipe / in trenches/on walls/ floor etc.as directed.

Supplying & installing of perforated G.I.sheet CABLE TRAY of size 200mm x 50mm and 1.6mm thick with neccessory angle iron suspension supports, anchor fasteners etc. complete all as directed.

Material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.00mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earthin lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by medium 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board or equipment and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 40mm thick RCC pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar at 75c/c both ways and lifting arrangement by providing handles (02 Nos) of 12mm dia MS round bar and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in with excavated soil and disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & installing of Earth continuity copper conductor or main earthing lead 32mm x 6mm thick, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Channel / Angle / Flat ), anchor fasteners, bolt, nuts, clamps, "U" bolts, Pipe fittings such as Reducers, Tees, elbows, flanges. including cutting, grooving, Welding, fixing in / on walls, ceiling by using suitable supports etc, as per drawings. 4 mm thick polymeric corrossion protection tape conforming to IS 10221 and painting with bituminous paint after laying and testing to 13.5 Kg / Sq. cm hydraulic pressure after installation etc as per specification complete for the following size :-
