COMPREHENSIVE MAINT FOR ZONE-VI AT DHARMUND MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) BHALRA

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

S&F for 20 to 25 mm dia stainless steel drapery curtain rod with brass /nickel chrom polish / designer lattos and brackets complete all as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge including taking out old pelmet with curtain rods all as directed.directed .

M & L for Non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mm, thickness 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, wall etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Vitrified light shade ceremic tiles 600mmx600mmx 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

Vitrified light shade ceremic tiles 600mmx600mmx 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36Sqm in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed & polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills cooking platforms & like including pointing into white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite laid over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor in CM 1:4 finished even & rough to receive top layer including rounding/bull nose to expose edge , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring not less than 18-20mm thick (size of stone shall not less than 55cmx55cm), 75mm wide white marble border alround, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed base in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified.

Machine cut Kota stone slab not less than 16mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including 10 mm thick screed base in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified.
