Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work for fixing of wall tiling.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm thick coloured tiles as in dado, skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes for non skid ceramic and grinaite tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item 1.05 above but in skirting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In steel Window , frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of any description exc 1.5 sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm in each panel .

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with ms square tube, in opening as per specification and drawing incl making good the disturbed surface to match the existing for toilet.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size Frame size 65x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp?ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F for Single or multi shutter turn openable type windows (both gauzed and glazed) are made out of uPVC manufactures by ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) certified company & tested as per IS 13360, multi-cavity frames Sections of 60 x 60 x 2.5mm & addon frame of 60 x 40 x 2.3mm for mesh & Grill suitable reinforced. Multi-shutters Divison are made by using shash mullion having 50 x 64 x 2.5mm and 60 x 40 x 2.3mm multi-cavity uPVC section, suitable reinforced with G.I. and shutters are made out of 60 x 74 x 205mm uPVC section, reinforced and welded in corners with TPE Gaskets provision for 5mm thick Glass and for airtight at frames and outer side of shutter with single Glaze window shutters and using suitable glass bead with perfect hardware like hinges, handles, stays etc complete. Mosquito mesh shutter is made out of uPVC extruded section of 55x38x2mm with G.I. chanel of 1.2mm thick, welded in corners. Stainless steel Mosquito wire mesh of 0.36mm nominal dia wire and avg width of aperture 1.40mm is fitted in shutter with proper required accessories Lock, Hinges. M.S. 12mm Round bar incl painting are inserted in main frame & screwed by hidden screwing system with powder coating. etc. complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2 mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.) Area exceeding 2.00 sqm each.

S&F for Louvard ventilator are made out of uPVC YASHPOLY manufactures by ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) certified company & tested as per IS 13360, multi-cavity frames Sections of 60x60x2.5mm multi cavity section suitable reinforced with G.I. and welded in corners and glass can be fixed on alumimum louward bladeds. some part can be made for exhaust fan provision.

M & L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior weather coat paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets. any thickness, including cover fillets complete. (Note : Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessoeies and making necessary electric conection, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing gypsum board 10 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in unframed work.

M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.
