Repair to AC Plant Cap 3 x 12.5 TON having compresor unit 2 cy under vertical type door p m 2300 rpm of make ACCEL Model No SMC 4 65. The details of repair is as under :- 1. Dismentling from system compressor taking out the following parts and replacement with new parts of same make and size to make the plant fully serviceable : (a) Supply and replacement of seal crank shaft - 01 Each (b) Supply and replacement of compressor oil - 20 Ltr (c) Supply and replacement safety valve kit - 01 Each (d) Suppy and replacement of suction/discharge service talfon seal 'O' ring - 03 each set (e) Supply and replacement of pressure guages of size 4" Dia of following pressure ranges :- (i) 0 to 500 Psi - 03 Each (ii) 0 to 300 Psi - 03 Each (iii) 0 to 150 Psi - 03 Each (f) Replacement of head gasket - 01 Set 2. Suppy of R-22 Gas and charging in 3 x 12.5 TON plant - 60 Kg 3. M&L for testing of A/C Plant for leakage using Nitrogen Gas and rectify all the leakage found during testing and commissioning complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.
