A. Renovation of 900 cum capacity ESR

Providing Grouting in R.C.C. walls & slabs by drilling holes @ 300mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner or as per drawings using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia. for injecting a grout/ grout slurry till the refusal of injected grout material from adjacent nozzle (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4kg per sq.cm.). Followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall free from the grouting pipes and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels.

15 mm thick lime plaster 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 surkhi:1 sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to second floor level including arises, internal round angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

Providing, fitting, fixing for bambo scaffolding

B. Centrifugal Pump Set

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical driven Centrifugal Raw water/ clear water pumping set ( couple type ) with suitable for operation with 415 (+10 %) V, 3-phase, 50 Hz + 3% power supply with suitable size & specification of pump/ motor in all respect with specifacation - split case multistage (2 stg) pump set discharge 50lps, head -50m with 110kw/ 150hp/ 4 pole motor along with the assessories (MOC; Ci- casing + CF8M Impeller( Stainless steel) + SS shaft) along with base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation nuts & bolts, construction & fitting of MS joist 200x6 joist foundation, supplying & fitting of starter panel of required specifification, necessary cables for connection power line from main panel board to startr panel & starter panel to pumpset , of required spacification all complete as directed.

C. Replacement of Motor, Cables and Wheel rubber insersion sheet for clariflcculator.

Supplying and laying of following size power/ control copper cable, solid cupper conductor XLPE insulated cores laid up PVC inner sheathed cables up to 10x1.5 sqmm 8x2.5 sq mm of surplus spoil debris to proper place as mm 2 x 10 sq mm 3 x 10 sq mm 4x6 sq.mm balance all galvanised steel strip) extruded PVC Type ST 2 sheathed, 650/1100 vgrade as per IS 7098(part-I) 1988, UG cable laid in ground/ partially in air (as required for termination over ground including excavation of cable trench up to depth of 75 cm refilling protective brick covering sand cushioning etc. complete handling of surplus spoil debris to proper place as specified and directed by the deptt. avells/RPG/CCI/POLY/CAB/Gloster/Finolex make).(i) 50 sqmm 3 core armoured U.G. cable

Supplying including fitting and fixing testing and commissioning of following capacity motor (crompton Geeaves/ Aquatic/CRI/V-Guard/calma / Siemens make) complete with necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by deptt.(i) 15 HP three ph. 1440 rpm/1500 rpm

Replacement of bridge wheel and rubber inserson sheet for clarifllculator and reapiring of angle with welding

D. REPLACEMENT OF FILTER MEADIA

Labour charge for lifting of old filter media from filter unit including carrying and stacking properly at site as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of PVC pipe of 110 mm dia. Including making hole for filteration of water all complete

Supplying of river gravel of different size for using as filter media free from dirt, dust or any foreign materials including inorganic dalts etc. Having the flowing range of size as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

a)Size from 02 mm to 06 mm

b)Size from 06 mm to 12 mm

c)Size from 12 mm to 20 mm

d)Size from 40 mm to 50 mm

Supplying coarse sand to used as filter media for rapid gravity filter effective size from 0.45 mm to 0.70 mm and uniformity co-efficient between 1.70 and 1.80 all complete as directed by E.I.C. The sand shall be hard and resistant quartzite and free from dust clay and fine particles etc.

Labour charge for washing and placing filter media in to filter unit in layer by layer after properly screening and washing as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

E. Painting Works

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scraping ,sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooyh including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department.

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.c) assian paint/Barger paint/ICI Paint

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.c) assian paint/Barger paint/ICI Paint

Extra over item no.13.5.2 above for every subsequent coat of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem 'Rakshak' brand of required shade. c) assian paint/Barger paint/ICI Paint

Applying primary coat overnew steel and other metal surface over 100 m width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other forgien matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with alluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.(a).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.with Boundary wall

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a).Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1cement: 3 sand :6 coarse aggregate by volume

112 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structures above plinth upto first floor level with 1:4 mix morter.(I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (a) In proportion 1:3.

15 mm plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directe

Applying one coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surfaces free from morter dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface( two coats) to give an evevn shade after thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of all loose powdered mate

Providing fitting and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern for windows/clearstory windows/opening with M.S. flats at required spacing in in frame all round, square or round M.S. bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws-- Ornamental grill , fixed to wooden frames.

Applying prime coat over new steel and other metal surfaces over 100 mm in girth/ width after preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matterand scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand papering- with ready mixed " Red lead / Red oxide primer.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat) over new steel and other metal surfaces over 100 mm in girth/ width with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J&n paint / Nerolac ) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

F. Sluice Valves, Non return valve, and starter oil

Supplying and stacking of ISI Marked Double socketed Sluice Valves Conforming to IS : 14846-2000 with upto date amendments of following .For PN 1.6
