Material & Labour for earthing complete with GI mild steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground veritcally (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and earth plate connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipment etc. at other end, earth strip encased in and
including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fitting from top of electrode to the body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 4mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including GI pipe 20 mm medium grade for watering from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode including GI funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 in cement concrete 40mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer of capacity 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 500 KVA ,complete as per Amenment No 1 to IS 1180 :(PART-I ): 2014 , energy efficiency level 3 , core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature, air nature (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN – 11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at + 5% HV side to - 15% in steps of 2.5 % for variation of HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated
off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius when measured by resistance method for transformer winding and 35 degree celsius measured by thermometer for tap oil and 35 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method (Necessary test certificate carried out at factory site to be produced) after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with MS cable box sealed for HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nut and washers, brushing shall confirming to IS-2099 (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing shall confirming to IS-7421 with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joint and jointing material complete (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of neutral and body. (j) Buchholzs relay for alarming & tripping of circuit breaker. (k) First fill transformer oil as per IS-335-1972, upto desired level.
Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz totally metal clad withdrawable type Vacuum Circuit Breaker panel indoor type with copper bus bar of suitable rating, horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity minimum 630 Amps rated current as per latest IEC 62271- 200. Switch gear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with aluminium zinc not less than 2.5 mm thickness for load bearing section and not less than 2mm thick for non load bearing shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be type tested to meet IEC 602983& 60694 / IS: 3427 standard , No of operation of Vacuum Interrupter Bottles (ABB/Siemens/Schneider only) for better performance : (i) Mechanical life- 30,000 operations, (ii) Rated Current- 630 A & (iii) Rated short circuit current-18.4 KA .

(iv) One No. minimum 630 Apms horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker in 12 KV metal clad floor mounting panel complete with following:- (a) Manually and motor operated ,spring charged type, manually and electrically ( electrical-24 VDC) operation type, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication “OFF” push button, test/service position limit switches, with minimum 6 No+ 6 NC breaker auxiliary contacts in service position. (b) Epoxy cast copper wound current transformer (CT), primary insulation level (pf rms / impulse peak )28/75 ka of ratio 100-50/1, 5P10, 2.5 VA burden with metering and protection core including necessary control wiring. (B) Protection arrangement for the breaker shall comprise of the following:- (i) E/F, O/C TCS with IEC 103 protocol for communication & draw out type-numerical type Siemens (7SJ62)/ABB 9REF 615)/Schneider (P-122). supply, install, testing and commissioning of Eco friendly Generating Set Diesel Engine driven of capacity 500 KVA/400 KW at 0.8 PF or nearest higher size 415 volts AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz 4 wire, directly coupled alternator and engine, water cooled common base platform with inbuilt fuel tank and including all excavation, PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/dampers as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by manufacturer. The DGset shall work at ambient conditions of Gurgaon and produce specified out put.The derating factors, if any, shall be taken in to consideration while arriving the capacity to give specified out put. The DG set shall be factory assembled by the OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components shall be accommodated in enclosure and other accessories comprising of the following:-
(A) Engine : Eco friendly emmision limits for diesel engines as per CPCB documents vide latest notification GSR105 (E) dated 17 Feb 2015 at Ser No 95 issued by ministry and forest, government of India and noise level (CPCB norms compliances) diesel Engine confirming to BS/IS standard,confirming to BS:5514/DN-6271 / IS 10002/ISO-3046, BHP as per the standard design of OEM to run the DG set in full load / 110% overload with out any change of out put parameters, (not less than 608 BHP),1500 RPM, water cooled complete under NTP condition, with a provision for 10% over load for one hour on 12 hours continuous running with the following:- (i) Radiator/Heat exhanger cooling system (ii) . Material and labour for yield testing of tube well by continuous run with suitable equipment all as per IS-2800 part-II of 1979 including complete testing of water suitable for drinking purpose as per IS-10500 of 1991 from testing Laboratory approved by GE and report shall be submitted to GE. The well shall be tested 24 hours continuous after development of the well to ascertain the yield.
