Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,hollow section fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. as in roof trusses, poles,purlines etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws (Over lap shall be as specified by manufacturer) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash modular bricks in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Gypsum reinforced boards 600x600x8-10mm thick for ceiling hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plugs, level and justers and screws etc, The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm from adjacent center to form 1200x600mm moulds cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instructions and finishing the surface by applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including taking down old unserviceable false ceiling any type and description with metal grid complete all as directed. (Note : During the fixing of false ceiling existing ceiling fan and downlight if any needs to taking down and refixing again and rates of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item)

Cleaning the surface with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface and M&L for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of slab, floor and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting, etc, with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction, etc, complete and as directed. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. (Make: PIDILITE or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed.

Making hole and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers specification. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. (Make: PIDILITE or equivalent)(Note : This item is catered only for M&L for fixing the metallic packer)

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, curing, cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling /kota stone/Granite/interlocking tiles incl cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base course complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick or equivalent set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing tiles or stone slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 600mm x 600mm x7 -8mm thick,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white /colour cement to match the shade with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement morter 1:6 including including demolition of existing tiles or stone slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L coloured non skid ceramic tiles 600mm x 600mm x7 -8mm thick, in vertical surfaces of walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white /colour cement to match the shade over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles ultra charged 8 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular)polished area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing tiles or stone slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including demolition of existing tiles or stone slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing tiles or stone slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed glossy finished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments including dismantling of existing Interlocking paver block of any type/size and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.(Make: NITCO/ Ultra Tiles/Topaz Tiles) Note: Contractor shall produce MTC & independent test certificate of paver block.

M&L 25mm thick Sand filling/cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis.
