Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each and removing from site

Taking down shutters refixing in same opening but area exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), remving serviceable tiles to stores and and rubbish off the permises.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 25 mm thick all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

M&L 40mm th PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL)

M&L Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate set in CM(1:6) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces

M & L RCC 1:1½:3, (nominal mix), Type A-1, using 20mm graded aggregates as in chajjas, fins, fascias, louvers, parapets and railing etc and the like including necessary formworks all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
