Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (Onecement, three M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) for Partition walls etc., in all floors including cost of all materials, labour,scaffolding,etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools,equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of cut stone slabs / RCC cover slabs including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One part of cement, 3 parts of Coarse sand & 6 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 20mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Cost inclusive of all materials, labour charges, & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
