Dadooing the wall using 18mm tk granite (approved) slabs of height not less than 2.40m over 12mm tk plastering in CM 1:2, after dismantling of wooden boards and clean removal of plaster from wall, with all the exposed edges shall be grinded and polished to form Demi bullnose and necessary openings for fixing fixtures at specified locations.The rate includes the cost of all materials, binder/adhesives, fasterners, labour, lead, lift, transport, scaffolding and disposal of waste from the site,etc., complete and as per the direction and approval of the Engineer incharge.

Providing two coats of putty on the old wall surfaces after through scrapping. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding etc., complete.

Painting two coats of plastic interior Emulsion over one coat of primer after 2 coats of putty on the wall surface. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and laying of Tactile paver type of New Tek BT yellow colour ceramic tile of size 305X305X15mm for vision impaired person over a bed mortat of not less than 20mm using CM 1:3 to match the top level of agjacent tiles. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
