Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in hard/ dense soil and getting out leveling the bottom surface to required grediant complete all as specified for laying of water supply mains all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI tubing 100mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floors or trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI tubing 80mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floors or trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve for water supply purpose with CI drilled flanged ends (internal cast 150mm bore class PN 1.6 conforming to IS 780 marked) with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel incl jointed material compete such as rubber packing rings of adequate size and requisite number of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 6 above but of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of cast iron air release valve flanged type heavy duty grade single outlet air release valve 25mm bore and fixing upto 100mm dia CI/DI/GI pipe incl suitable adopter, rubber hinged sheet, nut, bolt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit of size 120 x 120 x 90 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM1:4 PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 15cm thick in foundation exterding 10cm beyond external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock and keys. MS sheet cover should be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for submersible pumping set, with discharge capacity 10000 GPH, 76 mtr head ranging 61-124 mtr head with motor capacity 40 HP, 2900 RPM suitable for borewell dia 200mm, pure cold potable water tube well operation complete including supply, lowering, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 Amp auto starter cum fault analyser, protection and control panel complrising of the following :- (i) Fabrication of PHU/auto starter with power contractor MNX-70 - 02 Nos, MNX-50 - 01 No of L&T make alongwith MCCB of 100 Amp rating of L&T Make. (ii) The system should be provided with a solid state fault analyser cum controller (CB-4SA) (iii) The complete system shall be enclosed in a floor/ wall mounted MS sheet enclosure/box of suitable gauge and dimension with proper entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well form outer surface of approved colour. (iv) Providing/ laying of copper cables from stabilizer/ main switch to automation/ protection system (3 leads) and from system to motor (6 leads) with proper thimbing and socketing each end of the conductor with proper rating copper thimbless as per site requirement. The system shall provide protection against :- (a) Low voltage below 360V (b) High voltage above 450V (c) Single phasing (d) Reverse phasing (e) Un balanced phasing (f) Dry running (g) Overloading

Supply and fix PVC insulated, armoured submersible cable 10 Sqmm 3 Core having stranded copper conductor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by GI watering pipe with funnel and wire funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia protection pipe earth work etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES plate No 6 and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
