Earth work in rough excavation, banking exca-vated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minim-um 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: (a) 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Form work of shuttering

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers Tie beam

Wall Post

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cementconcrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix Prop. 1:4

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer all complete. In MS angles sliding gate

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals inter-woven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. 16.18.1 With G.I. barbed wire

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfac.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade
