Supply & installation ,testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I, Level-2 step down, copper Cu 99.9% purity, electrolytic grade wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 1000 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability CRGO prime core grade M-OH / ZDKH /TCH grade , perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked. Flux Density at rated voltage and rated frequency should be 1.688 T the transformer shall be designed as per CBIP manual 317 for over-fluxing withstand capacity of 110% continuous, 125% for 1 minute and 140% for 5 seconds. and over loading capacity of transformer shall be as per IS 6600 , Noise level as per NEMA TR1, with class A insulation, Tank pressure, Vacuum withstand capability & minimum clearances as per CBIP manual, No Load Current within 1% to 2% of Full load current Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with Energy Efficiency Level - 2 and shall comprise of the following accessories :- (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 /185 , HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE
insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core /3.5 core of rated size/ runs of secondary currents, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. with Bi metallic flexible connectors and copper bus bars of rated capacity with insulators support to be provided. (c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Jacking / Lifting lugs, Marshalling 55, with oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four no. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree Celsius Ohm-ohm 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius
and sludge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Detachable Rollers of adequate load capacity and no. of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Top and Bottom Filter cum drain Valves with Dummy. (n) 6" Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator with alarm and Trip contacts. (o) Radiators shall be of Detachable type with proper butter fly valves. (p) Double Float Buchholz Relay with alarm and trip Contacts. NOTE : (a) The OEM of the transformers should have in house LAB Certificate for Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration laboratories. (b) Manufacturer /OEM must have type test / short circuit reports for each & every rating from CPRI / ERDA ( matching all he major parameters including the Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years. (c) Core shall be procured from one of these manufacturers – Posco/Nippon/NLMK/AK Steels or NOVEX Trader CRGO and CRGO core grade used should be M-OH / ZDKH / TCH only. Procurement, Mill's Test Certificate / Invoice from supplier /Bill of landing Bill of entry certificate by CUSTOMS shall be provided. The OEM Should have in house core cutting / slitting Machine. Burr level should be less than 10 Microns. (d) CPRI Short circuit test report for exactly similar transformer (matching all major electrical parameters including Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years to be furnished). (e) OEM should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted.
(f) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. And the Control cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (g) Expenses / cost for FAT and necessary Travel / freight / conveyance / stay expenses for inspecting/ testing officers as nominated by the accepting Officer for FAT shall be included in the rate quoted. Tender/ contractor shall submit all the necessary certificates/ material Invoice of core as mentioned in above note (a) to (e) along with Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) from the OEM of transformer for make Approval by the Accepting Officer before placing the Order.
Supply and installation , testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA/3 sec outdoor type Ring main unit IP 54 protection plug in type extensible on one side SF 6 gas insulated two incoming and five outgoing (7 way ) with metering plate form mounted compact switch gear consisting of 02 Nos load break switch as incommer and 05 Nos outgoing VCBs , all live parts, bus bars VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded minimum 2.5 mm thick stainless steel tank filled with SF 6 gas IP 67 Degree of protection and tested for internal arc 20 KA/1 sec as per latest IEC 62271-200 complete installed on plateform as recommended by OEM, including the cost of PCC foundation for placing of RMU on plinth complete all as specified and directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site complete all as specified & as directed.
(A) Incoming Load Break Module - 02 Nos each switching unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch disconnector and earthing switch cables switch 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA - 01 Set. Snap action mechanism for motorised and manual(Both) operation with integrated earthing switch - 01 Nos. Cable bushing 630 Amp standard C bushing - 01. Fault passage indicator, On(N-1) load break switch where n= no of load break switch >>s/c & E/F FPI with digital display to be added for detection of cable fault. ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type LED display - 01. ON, OFF, TRIP mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. Cable box for termination of cable up to 1 No. x 185 sq.mm - 01. Cable cover standard - 01. Set of 12kV Cable Termination Boots - 01. Cable entry bottom, front - 01
(i) Out going VCBs - 05 Nos consisting of following - function unit consist of vaccum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and earthing function circuits breaker unit is equipped with an current transformer for the protection of distribution Transformer/circuit vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV, not less than 630 A, 21 KA - 01. Spring assisted closing with stored Energy triping mechanism for motorised operation with integrated earthing switch - 01. live cable LED indicators thrugh capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushings push button for breaker trip - 01 sec O/C + E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and High set for Over current and earth fault Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also current also relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping - 01 Alaram trip indication 6 window annunciator for transformer faults Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication -01.
(ii) Auxliary contacts on load switch are 1 No+2NC & Auxiliary on earth switch is 1 No+ 1NC-01. Self powered electronic numerical protection relay providing 3 over-currents & 1 E/F protection - 01, shunt trip coil 24 V DC-01 capactive voltage indication fixed type LED display -01 ON/OFF/Trip mechanical indication on the front mimic of panel-01 cable box for termination boots-01. Metering Equipment incl. 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Tri-VectorMeter (Acc.Cl.0.5) Auxliary relay for transformer protection -05 Nos.
Additional equipment deliverd separately or mounted seperatly, Bus connected with battery charger and inbuilt battries for motor power supply-01 (i) PT ratio 11KV/3/110/v3, 100 va, 0.5 class for measurement with volts meter(ii) Auxliary transformer of 11KV/230V, 1 KVA for powering the motors and battery charger (iii ) 24 V DC battery charger and battries for motor power supply. Standard mano meter -01, Operating handle - 02 , cable clamping provision(standard)-01 Operation and maintance manual - o1, installation and commissioning manual - 01, cost of PCC works for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost, Height of plinth as per OEM Specification.
NOTE :- (a)The above module consisting of two Load break Switch and 05 VCBs shall be alligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including installation on plateform as recommended by OEM complete. (b) Cost of provn of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing is deemed to be included in the cost.
Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 120 sqmm 3 core with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 630 sqmm single core with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.
M&L for installation, testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free chemical earthing with 50 MM dia CU bonded MS rod of length 3.00 mtr below ground level including duly augering in ground pre cast or in situ cast in high purity electrically conductive granutar material having ultra low resistive value to achiev resistance below 02 Ohms connected with 32 x 4 MM copper strip complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core 120 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following size :-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide & not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth for laying of cable and getting out in Hard Rock including trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in each layer of soil complete all as specified.
Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M/L for HDPE pipe,of size 180 mm dia suitable for 0.3 MPA working pressurewith all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work, exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement
S&F of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specifed and as directed.
