Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing surface even and fair all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description as in existing roof treatment any type complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound slab treatment as in sunken slab plaster/roof slab treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound .

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate 40mm thick as in sub base/roof padding concrete in roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying HS TPO membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200gsm Geo-Textile with overlap joints of 75 mm in both longitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with terminatin strip and fix it by screw at 300 mm c/c and sealed with HS Jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels,dirt,oil,grease,and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC / cementitious coving of 75 mm radius shall be provided at all junctions between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO completely as per specification and direction.( Note:- work to be carried out by authorities applicator of M/S Asian or equivalent company.)

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for two layer (15 mm thick ) Rendering of top layer 5 mm thick with WPC over a 10 mm thick base layer rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete masonary or surfaces other than fair face of brick work finished fair and even without using extra cement.Note WPC shall be measured and paid separetely in supply only item.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: Four runs of cable, one run of conduit & one rum of Earth conductor shall be measured as one unit length.

NOTE: Two runs of cable, one run of conduit & one rum of Earth conductor shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking down Split/Multi AC unit 1.5/2 Ton capacity/3 ton capacity(indoor and outdoor unit) with voltage stabilizer and AC manager by removing all electrical connections and indoor to outdoor unit gas pipes, nut bolts from HQ bldg and shifting to store for safe custody. After completion of civil work, Refixing/installing Split AC/window AC 1.5/2 Ton with voltage stabilizer at the suitable place by connecting all electrical connections and copper piping with insulation (5/8th x 3/8th and 1/2" x 1/4") with nut bolts as per site requirement, testing and commissioning, if any extra cable ,gas pipes, gas filling require at the time of installation the quoted rate is deemed to be included, No extra cost will be paid to contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.

Taking up underground unservicable cable of any size from existing trench including bricks, etc and removing of materials from work site all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of size upto 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc, getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified.

Supply, laying riddled earth soil conformed IS-1255, cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15cm deep before laying the cable and 8 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick, laid dry and flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified.

M & L for G.I. tubing light grade of size 50mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.
