PROVIDING SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AT DGIS (2 X 220 TR) UNDER GE (U) P AND M DELHI CANTT-10.

Providing Services for Manning, Operation, periodical and preventive maintenance of central Air conditioning Plant of Capacity 2 x 220 TR installed at OTM Accn for DGIS and other Infrastructure in Delhi Cantt, daily excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday complete including cleaning daily, weekly, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Plant shall be operated in the follwing manner:- (i) 1st shift of 8 hrs i:e from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs - 02 Ref mechanic per shift (ii) 2Nd shift of 4 hrs i.e. 1400 Hrs to 1800 Hrs - 02 Ref mechanic per shift. Details of the AC plants:- (a) Periodical and preventive maintenance complete package chiller units each consisting of 4 x 110 semi-hermatic/open type compressor along with motor and its condenser, flooded chiller, scale guard unit, microprocessor based control panel complete system through OEM including submission of maintenance reports. Total no of package chiller units -02 Nos. (b) Preventive and routine maintenance of following equipments:- (i) Condensing pump sets along with motors of 60 HP -02 Nos. (ii) Chiller pump sets along with motors of 50 HP -02 Nos. (iii) Pumping set for hot water circulation 25 HP-02 Nos. (iv) FRP cooling towers complete with motor, fan, gear box-02 Nos. (v) Condenser water pipe lines and its control vales complete-Lot. (vi) Chiller water pipe lines and its control valves – lot. (vii) AHUs complete with accessories such as casing, chilled water coil, hot water coil, any type of air filters, drive motors control panel etc complete-11 Nos. AHUs. (viii) Expansion tanks including their insulation for chilled water and hot water system-02 Nos. (ix) Electrical operated hot water generator of Capacity 243 KW complete with automatic and safety controls such as safety valve, purge valve, high limit cut out, automatic and manual reset, low level cut out stop controller, thermostat, heaters including its control panel-01 Nos. (x) Hot water pump set along with motor and control valves controls provided at each pump set-02 Nos. (xi) Hot water piping, insulation, fittings control valves connected between hot water unit to pump set and pump set to various AHUs-Lot. (xii) Controls for AHUs comprising of three way mixing valves with modulating motor, thermostat and humidistat-11 Nos. (xiii) Winter humidification package consisting of humidifier tank, valve controls sight glass, two bank water heater electrical panel, safety controls etc-11 Nos. (xiv) Supply air ducting complete, aluminum section grills/diffusers its dampers, fire dampers complete. (xv) Cubical type floor mounted main LT panel complete consisting control switch gear, starters of pump sets, cooling towers and its single phase preventers, no volt and under volt protection system, meters indication lamps complete-01 No. (xvi) Sub control panel provided for AHUs including controls starter meters and protection system -11 Nos. (xvii) Central control console panel comprising of ON/OFF push buttons and ON/OFF indication lights -01 No. (xviii) LT cables from main electrical panel to compressor motor, Pump motors, cooling tower motors, sub panels of AHUs units and control cables of central console panel complete –One lot. (xix) Earth pits and earthing strips provided for panels and motors complete-One lot. (xx) Air curtains six feet wide operated on 230 AC supply-11 Nos.
