S & F rotating rectifier unit diode kit suitable for 30 KVA to 100 KVA DG set by taking out the unserviceable rectifier from excitation system and fixing and connecting, starting and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rotating rectifier unit diode kit suitable for 125 KVA to 320 KVA DG set by taking out the unserviceable rectifier from excitation system and fixing and connecting, starting and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Turbo charger complete of DG set as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable DG canopy with moufller 62.5 to 250 KVA capacity for repair/ replaced supply with welding zinc sheet of DG top cover as existing canopy with mouffler complete all as specified and directed . Note:colour to be approved by eng-in-charge

M & L for Dismantling, Lifting & transportation of U/S. Alternator of DG Set capacity 40 / 75 KVA and rewinding of the burnt alternater with supper enamelled copper wire and drying the core assembly for minimum 3 days at a temp of 120oC including Re-fixing and alighnment complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (a) Cost for lifting/lowering the core of Alternator by crane is inclusive. (b) Labour for fixing the connection/removal of connection inside the heating chamber is inclusive. (c) Power consumption for heating core for improving insulation value is inclusive. (d) Temperature 120oC to be maintained and inclusive in rate quoted.
