Providing and spplying white proofing cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plasterd wall surface even and smooth surface as per D.S.R. 13.80

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand & manufacture such as Berger,J&N, Shalimar, Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters & also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material & sand papered smooth including cost ofall materials. (For Internal wall surface)

Mild steel or iron work in haeavey size such as trusses build up Gate record raks .roof work gate etc. wroungth to required from I/C drilling holes riviting or welding to where necessery and proper copml. of the work. S.I.No. 503
