Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas, exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00 mtr deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified. Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars of Fe 500D, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chainlink fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars of Fe 500 or Fe 500D, 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and fix mild steel plates, plain or chequered, of any thickness in available sizes conforming to Fe 410 -W (GdeE-250) quality A with riveted, bolted or welded attachments complete all as specified.

Supply and fix compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, conforming to Fe 410 -W (GdeE-250) quality A etc. complete all as directed.

Material and labour for prepration new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft or loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft / loose soil for removing old and laying new pipes , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. Note: Formwork shall be paid including this item but reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (12 mm +8 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC on second layer (8 mm) as per manufacturer instruction including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material and labour for 10 mm thick premium quality dark shed vitrified ceramic tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm as in floors set and jointed and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.
