Demolition of stone masonry above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead.Rubble masonry in cement mortar

Excavation in foundation of structures in ordinary rock as per drawing and techanical specification,including setting out, Construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering and propping etc.with wooden battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concreate & plain concreate work in:-. Foundation , footing basis of coulmn etc. and mass concrete.

Coulmn , pillars , post and struts:- Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan

Beams , cantilever , grinders and lintels:- Sides and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers , brssumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor

Vertical surfaces such as walls partition and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string courses and the like.

Provding and Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth with in all leads , lifts of materials and other incidentals.Foundation , footing basis of column etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete grade M25 in open foundation complete as per drawing and techanical specifications using concrete mixer Reinforced cement concrete grade M25 in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and techanical specifications

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in reinforced concrete work in : Foundation , footing basis of column etc. and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 m thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses,plinth and string concrete etc. From the top of foundation level up to 2 level.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level:

Steel work welded in built up section , trusees and framed work including cutting , hoisting, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of red lead paint inculding carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts. In Beams joists channels angles tee flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like

Providing and Laying 4 mm thickness chequered plate for stairs and walkway

P/F heavy duty M.S. pipe 40mm nominal bore for railing and fixing in Angle/Channel.

Painting two coats on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint to give an evan shade including clening the surfaces of all dirt , dust and other foreign matter .Enamel paint other than white

Supplying and Installation Polycarbon sheet multipurpose wall 10mm thick for truss including aluminium bidding both sides and rubber gascut and fixing self thread screw.

Supplying and Installation Lighting system for FOB including lights, fixture, cabling, wiring, pannel, earthing,etc (complete all electrical items installation in FOB)

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. (a) 150mm dia pipes
