Job also includes rebuilding/re metalling of teeth of both spur rings by way of welding, grinding and then finishing it to the reqd. shape and size. Complete assembling and greasing of parts of complete hind roll (Grease to be provided by divisional store) and axle assembly after completion of job and thereafter testing it. (306-3-7) - 01 No., Sleeve sliding (306-3-9) – 01 No., Pin for lever (306-3-5) - 03 No., Link Lever (306-3-6) – 06 No., Pin for link lever (306-3-13) – 06 No., Cotter Pin (SP-7-009) – 06 No., Cotter Pin (SP-7-005) – 03 No., Spring pin for lock adjusting – 01 No., Grease Nipple (GN-8-001) – 01 No. Job also includes repair to both forks by way of welding, grinding, and finishing to required size for proper fitment of collar assembly.
