Preventive maint and servicing of LT panels, LT cabling and connected works in Varanasi Cantt.

Amount

Attending to light complaints and carrying out electrical maint work for day to day electric complaints such as repair / rectification / replacement of defective items like service cables,MCB's,MCCB's,DB's etc. through skilled trademen at any location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Contractor or his representative will report daily to the AGE E/M Yard VARANASI at 8:30AM to collect the complaints in the various locations of AOR of AGE Varanasi Cantt. (ii) Each complaint shall be attended / check on same day and be resolve within 48 Hrs (iii) Multiple job cards or multiple complaints on one job card may be issued at a time based on the complaints available daily. Contractor will ensure sufficient manpower to resolve the issues with in time line given above.

(iv) All labour and material reqired for reoslving the complaint shall be deemed and including in the quoted rates (v) Rates quoted for this item is includes manpower/labour reqired for collection for complaints from office, reporting labour/engineer on site, reporting feedback to the authority and transportation reqired for the same. Cost of T&P reqired for execution of work shall also deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Contractor or his representative will submit daily report on the status of complaint resolved and pending with reason. (vi) Cost of miner parts/ material i.e screw, nails, washers, gullies, fuse, minor requirement of 2/3 core wire, insulation tap, oiling greasing etc required to making the article serviceable/working at site shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out including filling bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of pipes/ cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured only.

Supply and laying dry well burnt locally available brick sub class 'B' modular bricks laid flat with width equal to the length of whole bricks over cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bore hole for passing cable through / insertion of 80/50mm dia GI pipe under PCC road/ taxi track/ runway/ hard standing upto the depth 450mm to 1200 mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTES :- (i) Cost of equipments, tools & plants,material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates above. (ii) GI pipe 80/50 mm dia shall be measured and paid separetely.

S &F for 32 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hard standing including taking down old /unserveciable existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

S &F for 50 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hard standing including taking out old /unserveciable existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

S &F for 80 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hard standing including taking out old /unserveciable existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair service cable un armoured of size 4 sqmm 2 core,1100 volts grade,heavy duty cable with PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed including taking down old/ unserviceble service wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair service cable un armoured of size 6 sqmm 2 core,1100 volts grade,heavy duty cable with PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed including taking down old/ unserviceble service wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 31(9.0m long pole) as per IS:2713 (part I to III) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete including dismantling of exsiting pole all as specified including consisting of following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.57 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation 900mmx600mm cross section and planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete encasing the pole upto GL complete all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth block/collar above GL 500mm high and 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block. (e) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of apprised shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Manufacture's test certificate will be produced before execution work.
