Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 12 mm toughened glass partition of approved brand and manufacture,including all necessary fitting, all complete as per direction of Engineer- incharge .

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings, the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474, including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, srews etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

DGU combination is 43.04mm thick glass (6mm thick toughned glass +1.52mm thick Acoustic PVB+6mm thick glass +18mm thick air gap +5mm thick glass +1.52mm thick Acoustic PVB +5mm thick glass - 51 DB Reduction). The glass shall be solar reflective high perfomance E glass. The minimum thermal parameters of overall assembly shall be to achieve U value as 1.5 to 1.8 W/Sqm-k and SHGV value as 0.26 to 0.28 and VLT 49 to 50%.

Extra for openable side/top hung vision glass panels (DGUs) including providing and supplying at site all accessories and hardwares for the openable panels as specified and of the approved make such as heavy duty stainless steel friction hinges, min 4-point cremone locking sets with stainless steel plates, handles, buffers etc including necessary stainless steel screws/fasteners, nut, bolts, washers etc all complete as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer in-Charge.

Over Head Storage: provision of over head storage of 450 mm depth make of ISI marked, three layer prelaminated particleboard conforming to grade II type III of IS 12823/2013 laminated with 0.6-0.8mm thick laminaation conforming to IS 2046/1995 and bconforming to IS 2046 latest with having balancing laminate of 0.5 mm thick on back side.

Provision of wooden working table alongwith drawer storage unit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply & Fixing of Cat 6/information outlet (I/O Box loaded Port Cat 6 i/o with face plate). Make Amp or equivalent.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of Bio-Metric standalone access control system with magnetic EM lock, Power supply and push button all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Make :- eSSL/ZK or equivalent.
