Amount

Material and Labour for Boring/drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for insertion of GI pipe of 40 to 150mm bore for passing cable across the road (without cutting the road) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid separtely under appropriate items)

Supply and fixing in replacement for GI protection pipe light grade for cable protection incl all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed for 50mm bore. (NOTE : Earth work reqd shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Restringing of existing four wire LT over head line including removing the existing binding wire and rebinding with new binding wire after tightening of overhead lines including disconnecting existing jumper and connections and reconnecting after tightning of conductor all as specified and directed. (Note:- Four wire run of conductor and two run of earth continuity wire in LT lines shall be measured as one length for payment purpose)

Material and labour for insulated synthetic rubber mat suitable for voltage upto 3.3 KV of size 2m x 1m x 2mm for electical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety including taking old worn out insulated mat from various locations of E/M installations all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the burnt out aluminium lugs and relugging of HT/LT cable in cable end box of transformer on switches including cutting existing lugs suitable for cable of size 50 to 150 sqmm and reconnection after repair work and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of the liftings of cable whereas required for relugging is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rates quoted by the tenderer against that item all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 Mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws andfixed into PCC foundation duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.5m (above PCC copies) by black, yellow paint in attenate layers and pole Nos including taking out old complete including demolition of concrete foundation all as specified and directed.
