Electrical Wiring

Interconnecting control cabling between IDU's & ODU's of 2 core 1.5 MM Sq. mm Shielded with 1/2 " pvc Conduit pipe along with copper pipe .

Electrical cabling of 2 core 1.5 MM Sq.mm non shielded from Indoor unit to supply point. @ 2Rmt /Indoor

Supply & installation of MS Structural supports for all VRV/VRF ODU units, mounting with anti corrosive paints with necessary arrangment of calmping, bolting complete with all respects.

VRF Outdoor Units

Supply and fixing of refrigerant pipe made out of hard drawn copper including accessories, jointing / brazing etc duly insulated with Class - 0 nitrile tubular rubber sections to prevent condensation with suitable adjsutable ring type hanger supports etc complete as required. (The correct size of pipe has to be worked out by the vendor and The number of circuits shall match the vendors equipment.) Note:- The Given Length is circuit length which includes Liquid & Gas pipes. -

Lifting & Shifting of Outdoor & IDUs

Supply & Installation of hot dipped galvanized GI Cable Trays( Min. 1.6mm thickness ) with gripple supports. The gripple wires shall be tied to the roof Purlins at @ 3.5 meter height. The cable tray shall run at @ 3 meter height.

Supply & Installation of hanging slots ( Min. 1.6mm thickness ) with gripple supports. The gripple wires shall be tied to the roof Purlins at @ 3.5 meter height. The Hanging Slots shall run at @ 3 meter height.

Intial charge of refrigerant R410A/R32 and ready for use with single point Electrical supply & refrigerant suction / Liquid line tapping including Pressure testing, vaccummissing, additional gas charging and commissioning of the HVAC system complete as per specifications etc as required .

Drain piping in hard PVC with all fittings, supports and clamps, ( HDPE drain with 6 mm Nitrile insulation) OF 32 MM Dia
