PART -I --- Electrical Installation Work. Dismentling the existing old wirings, Switch board, cables,Fittings,Mainswitches,Junction Boxes, sockets on cable/wire leads,wiring inside the panels etc. by Co's own tools & tackles as per direction of EIC

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make- RR Cable / Polycab / Havell's/KEI/Glostar) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. vide pg no E-14 item no. 1a a) 2 X 4 sqmm + 1 x 2.5 sqmm ( for AC starter, timer)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. vide pg no F-5 item no. 9 a) 4.0 sqmm

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. vide pg no E-17 item no. 5a

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections. E-17 item no. 5b

Supply and installation of 1-Phase timer in double door SPN DB (2+10) way providing incoming and outgoing copper wires and other accessories. The interconnection should be made by 6 sq.mm. copper wires. The box should be painted by powder coated paint. Part (II) Air Conditioning Installation Work Dismantaling the existing A.C Machines[WRAC/SRAC] both indoor & outdoor, Copper pipes,,drain pipes etc and deliver to the pwd section office store as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery 2.0 TR capacity, R407/410/R32 concealed type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 24000 BTU/hr, with 1 No. Rotary compressor, 1 No. IDU of rated power supply - 230V - 1ph-50Hz, 1 No. ODU of rated power supply - 230V, 1ph, 50 Hz, Air-flow/per IDU :- 800cfm, (Make : Hitachi / O-General / Daikin /Mitsubishi/Voltas)

Supply & delivery 1.5 TR capacity, R407/410/R32 concealed type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 18000 BTU/hr, with 1 No. Rotary compressor, 1 No. IDU of rated power supply - 230V - 1ph-50Hz, 1 No. ODU of rated power supply - 230V, 1ph, 50 Hz, Air-flow/per IDU :- 600cfm, (Make : Hitachi / Daikin/Voltas)

Erection, testing and commissioning charges for the above said 2.0 / 1.5 TR concealed Split / NORMAL SPLIT AC. The Indoor (IDU) & Outdoor (ODU) unit must be supported by structure made of 40 x 40 x 5 mm amgle and tie rod incl. necy. Painting & as per direction & satisfaction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007 . with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Charges for Scaffolding arrangement including lifting for outdoor & indoor units.

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 3Nos. M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) of 1m length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 2/1.5/7.5TR concealed split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with 2Nos. horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm of 1m. length incl. S&F of safety cage made of angle (25X25X5mm) and flat (25X5mm) iron with necessary painting incl. shade arrangement with corogated PVC shade with proper clamping arrangement

S & installation of rectangular type M.S frame of size 10’’ x 6’’ x10’’ of 25mm M.S flat with 02 no interconnections by 25" x 25" x 5" M.S.flat with 25x25x5mm M.S angle with suitable clamping arrangement as required. All angle are jointed by argon welding system. M.S bar gap at 2’’ distance. Whole structure are grouted on wall at each 18" gap with 3" M.S. flat leg splitted at end ( 4" bullet fastener are to be used where grouting will not be possible) and mending good the damage to original finish incl all necy. materials, tools and tackles incl charges of scaffolding and painting with 02 coat of Synthetic enamelled paint over 02 coat of R.O. primer (Asian/Shalimer/Berger) incl. welding, carriage and transportation.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position suspended false ceiling with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x 25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm having size of 600mm x 600mm ceiling with aluminium composit panels (ACP) - Interior grade of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Construction of Trap Door (after proper cutting of ACP covering) made of Heavy Gauge Channel and particle board (hinged type door) for concealed split IDU maintenance as per direction of EIC. (Trap Door Size 3' x 1.5').

Cost of cutting the wall for installation of refrigerant pipe line and mending good damages to original finish incl.damp proff treatment with water resistant materials so that no water seepage happen through the wall of the working area as per direction of EIC
