Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver sin Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges,rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and applying of Tack coat using Bituminous Emulsion at the rate of 2Kg per 10Sqm over the BT surface in approach to Dam and Maravakandy Camp near main road including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum fo 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8- 10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all including fuel and all other incidental charges for the Maravakandy Camp and approach to dam etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 40mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded on kerb wall, catch drain, approach road, protection wall including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour, shuttering charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications .

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded on kerb wall, catch drain, approach road, protection wall including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour, shuttering charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of structural steel of 75mm X75mm x8mm for placing of vertical and strut post for chain link fencing and other structural work for Name Board, including cost of binding wire and lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of GI Chain link fencing 10 gauge of approved make and standard size of 50 x 50mm both flanks of the Dam including cost of all materials lead, lift, aligning, labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing alignment in position of main gate 1 No. Of suitable size with MS structural steel for the Dam entrance including cost of all materials lead, lift, aligning, painting with primer coat, transport, labour charges etc., complete. as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling with red/ well gravel for forming the damaged bund with necessary original slope as per the drawing and watering, consolidation including cost of all material, transportation, with water & rolling by hand roller, lead, lift, labour etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Rough Stone dry packing for aprons and revetment including filling materials ( Packing stone) on the U/S side Left flank of the Dam, watering , consolidation and cost of materials labour leads, lift, etc complete

Sectioning and trimming, the side slope of bank and laying red earth upto 7.50cm thickness along the both sides of Road including cost of all lead,lift,labour,transport and as directed by the Engineers incharge of the siteTop of the earthen bund Right flank.

Water washing with high pressure for removal of lime leaching and fungus formation with Steripure 100 solution in the D/S face of Dam under hanging condition as per specification including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&Ps required for the work scaffolding, etc., complete.

Dismantling the Reinforcement Cement Concrete/Precast flash board including cost of all materials, lead, lift, Clearing away from the site and Transport, etc., complete.

Providing and placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 for stilling basing floor using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with shuttering all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 for Flash board on the Spill way and stilling basin floor using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with shuttering all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS rods of required size for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges, cutting, bending, tying with all lead, lift and labour charges etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Chipping the existing damaged pointing and removing old cement mortar joint upto average depth of 50mm and removing the loose materials and clearing the joints and repacking the joints for 25mm with cm 1:2 and hammering and packing rod of different stages and Filling racked joints with cm 1:3 for 25mm depth and 20mm thick over the racked joints including cost of all materials working platform rope, ladder, all labour, charges T&P labour charges for operating hanging platform curing etc., in the U/S face of the dam etc., complete.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of Gauge plate made of structural steel frames of width 30cm, cutting, welding, fixing in position, etc., painting two coats of enamel over one coat of primer, fixing 30cm width of Procelin Gauge plate of required thickness in the frame, stickering for reading the levels, fixing on the dam as instructed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift transportation, etc., complete.

Removal of deposited silt by washing method using earth moving machineries and manual labours including all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete ( Based on Water Shed Management Board Division /Second capacity survey under DRIP Pollachi during 2016)

Dewatering in the stilling basin using adequate HP of motor with pump , Electrification arrangement proper earthing including all cost of materials , hire charges , Transport charges , Labour charges , etc.,

Clearing the slush and debris under water in the downstream side of the spillway including earth work excavation and clearing away from the site for conveyance of 1 Km with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m including cost of all materials hire charges , Transporting charges and Labour charges , etc.,Complete
