Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Satisfactorily completed (at least 80% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Design, supply, Construction, erection testing and commissioning ground mounted Solar PV plant of value not less than Rs 44 Lakhs (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited)

Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work Satisfactorily completed design, engineering, Construction, erection, testing and commissioning of minimum 80 KWp Rooftop grid connected solar PV plant in the last Five (5) years preceding the Date of Bid submission in private or govt sector in India. The bidder must have executed works of similar nature during the last five financial years. The bidder must submit all ongoing works to be executed during the year 2025-26.

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess class 1 electrical license issued by GoK and should have executed similar electrical works totalling Rs. 1 lakhs in any one year

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work Not applicable. Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.10 lakhs Credit lines letter of credit certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The Bankers certificate format is as per GO no FDCAM162022 P2 Date 22.08.2022

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-2021 to 2024-2025 the following. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of engineering construction works only) of Rs.1.1 Crores Note-Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10 percentages per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited
